We are renting a room In a 5 bedrooms Appartement in Ixelles close to ULB.
In a super green area of Brussel, close to ULB, "Bois de la Cambre" .
Easy shopping, easy public transport ... all you need is close by.
Laundry in front of the house.
Rent is 550 euros per month
For the charges , there is a extra cost of 90 euros per month including :
- 30 euros for electricity (exact cost)
- 35 euros for cold and hot water (exact cost)
- 25 euros for heating of your room (estimation), there is a meter on the radiator, if you spend more you have to pay the difference, if you spend less you get money back. (25 euros is a estimation of a normal consuming)
Note that there is no heating in the common room. Heating only in private rooms.
Internet is included in the price.
Each of us is concerned by the cleaning of his private room. Cleaning of the commun parts is the matter of everyone.
Private large bed Room with a confortable double bed (140 cm) . Accès to a terrasse with green view.
Shared kitchen full equipped. Cutlery, pans, plates, glasses, dishwasher, microwave ...
Please note that we have a lovely 🐶.
Sheets and towels provided.
Occasionally visit are welcome against a participation of 10 euros per days for charges.
Cost for cleaning out (room and sheets) is 50 euros. (To be paid once, on the check out day)

Je loue une chambre dans un appartement que nous partageons en colocation. Située à Ixelles proche de l'ULB.
La chambre est grande, lit double , lumineuse, parfaitement équipée, située à l'arrière de l'immeuble. La chambre est calme, accès à la terrasse avec une vue sur les arbres.
Ixelles est une commune agréable, on y trouve le calme mais aussi les commerces utiles, salon lavoir en face de l'immeuble, des espaces sportifs, un marché public.... en bordure de la forêt de Soignes, Ixelles est le poumon vert de Bruxelles et de la vie estudiantine.
Transports en communs faciles
J'occupe l'appartement de façon permanente et je loue 4 chambres en colocation pour des périodes de 1 mois à 1 an maximum. Les colocataires sont généralement des étudiants Erasmus ou stagiaire. Nous partageons les espaces communs, la cuisine et la terrasse. Parking facile devant l'immeuble.
Le loyer est de 550 euros par mois.

En supplément du loyer vous payez une participation pour les charges
estimées à 90 euros par mois et comprenant
- 30 euros pour l'électricité (forfait)
- 35 euros pour l'eau chaude et froide (forfait)
- 25 euros pour le chauffage de la chambre (estimation) si vous consommez plus vous payer la différence, si vous consommez moins vous êtes remboursé. (25 euros est l'estimation pour une consommation normal.
Notez qu'il n'y a pas de chauffage dans les pièces communes. Chauffage uniquement dans les chambres privées.
l'Internet est compris dans le loyer.
Actuellement nous partageons l'espace avec Sophia, en Erasmus à l'ULB, THiDji en Stage en entreprise et Victor en séminaire à l'ULB
Noter que nous avons un 🐶. Très calme et gentille.
Prêt de drap de lit et serviettes de bains.
Les visites occasionnelles sont autorisées moyennant une participation de 10 euros par jour pour les charges.
Nettoyage de sortie 50 euros (payable une seule fois, le dernier jour d'occupation)(comprends le nettoyage de la chambre et du linge)
PAS DE DOMICILIATION, mais les courtes durées le sont puisque nous fonctionnons essentiellement avec des stagiaires, Erasmus et étudiants qui reste entre 1 mois et 1 an.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
