There is space to work / study in the large living room in a separate area.
The bedroom is sensibly furnished with a wardrobe and double bed. There is space for cooking in the modern, spacious fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher.
The windows were renewed in 2014 and have been fitted with the latest state of the art with triple thermal glazing and 39 decibels of sound insulation. The bathroom has a spacious shower.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, dishes, pots and pans so that you can move in immediately.
A washing machine with drying room is available to tenants.

2015 wurde die helle, ruhige Wohnung komplett in allen Bereichen neu saniert. In 2020 erfolgte dann eine Renovierung und die Wohnung wurde möbliert.
Die Wohnung ist hauptsächlich nach Südost ausgerichtet, das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig nach hinten raus. Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein kleines Außen Fenster. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Komfort, wie einem Flachbildschirmfernseher und einer Couchgarnitur (auch als Gästebett nutzbar) ausgestattet.
Platz zum Arbeiten/Studieren findet man im großen Wohnzimmer in einem extra Bereich.
Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Kleiderschrank und Doppelbett sinnvoll eingerichtet. In der modernen geräumigen Einbauküche mit Ceranherd und Spülmaschine ist Platz zum Kochen.
Die Fenster wurden 2014 erneuert und sind nach neuestem Stand mit einer 3-fach Thermoverglasung und 39 Dezibel Schallschutz ausgestattet worden. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine geräumige Dusche.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How can I cancel my reservation?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
