Wir bieten praktische und voll möblierte Zimmer für langfristige Aufenthalte (Mindestaufenthalt 30 Nächte) – ideal für Studenten, Expats und Berufstätige. Unser Haus verfügt über insgesamt 57 Einzelzimmer (mit Balkon), 57 Doppelzimmer, 57 Dreibettzimmer sowie komfortable Apartments.

Ihr Zimmer:

Voll möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch / Tisch, Stuhl und eigenem Kühlschrank.

Kostenfreies WLAN und ein TV-Anschluss stehen im Zimmer zur Verfügung (bitte eigene Geräte mitbringen).

Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bei Anreise kostenfrei gestellt.

Gemeinschaftsbereiche & Ausstattung:

Durchdachte Badaufteilung: Gemeinschaftsbäder werden von maximal 6 Gästen genutzt. Um Staus am Morgen zu vermeiden, ist das Bad aufgeteilt: Ein WC-Zimmer und ein separater Duschraum mit zwei Waschbecken. Dusche und WC sind also getrennt. Die Reinigung ist von Montag bis Freitag inklusive.

Küche & Aufenthaltsräume: Für den täglichen Bedarf nutzen Sie unsere moderne, sanierte Gemeinschaftsküche und die Aufenthaltsräume. Bitte beachten Sie: Küchenutensilien (Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Besteck) werden nicht gestellt und müssen selbst mitgebracht werden.

Wäsche: Im Haus stehen Münz-Waschmaschinen und -Trockner der Firma Mietwasch GmbH zur Verfügung.

Parken: Öffentliche, kostenlose Stellplätze befinden sich auf der Straße. Zudem stehen 20 private Parkplätze auf dem Areal (gegen Gebühr) zur Verfügung.

Lage & Anbindung:
Die Lage ist ruhig, aber bestens angebunden. Die U-Bahn-Linien U2 und U4 bringen Sie in kurzer Zeit direkt in die zentralen Stadtteile Hamburgs. Auch mit dem Auto sind wir über die Ausfahrt Billstedt bequem und schnell zu erreichen.

Wichtige Regeln & Konditionen:

Anmeldung (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung): Problemlos möglich! Eine Wohnungsgeberbestätigung für die Behördenbehörde wird nach dem Check-in ausgestellt.

Check-in: Unsere Rezeption ist Montag bis Freitag von 11:00 bis 18:30 Uhr geöffnet. Der reguläre Check-in erfolgt während der Rezeptionszeiten. Wichtig: Eine Anreise am Wochenende ist leider nicht möglich. Eine Anreise außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ist nur nach vorheriger Absprache und bei vorliegendem Zahlungseingang über unsere Keybox möglich.

Hausordnung: Haustiere und Übernachtungsgäste sind nicht erlaubt. Es gilt ein striktes Rauch- und Alkoholverbot im gesamten Gebäude.

Zusatzkosten:

Einmalige Endreinigungsgebühr: 40,00 € pro Zimmer / Wohnung bei Einzug.

Hamburgische Kulturtaxe (KTT): Bei Aufenthalten unter 60 Nächten fallen derzeit 0,64 € pro Nacht und Gast an. Diese entfällt ab der 61. Nacht oder sobald Sie offiziell angemeldet sind.

We offer practical and fully furnished rooms for long-term stays (minimum stay 30 nights) – perfectly suited for students, expats, and professionals. Our property features 57 single rooms (with balcony), 57 twin rooms, 57 triple rooms, and fully equipped apartments.

Your Room:

Fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk / table, chair, and a private refrigerator inside the room.

Free Wi-Fi and a TV connection are available in the room (please bring your own devices).

Bed linen and towels are provided for free upon arrival.

Shared Facilities & Amenities:

Smart Bathroom Setup: Shared bathrooms are shared by a maximum of 6 guests. To prevent morning queues, the facilities are split into two separate rooms: one room with the toilet, and a separate shower room with two sinks. Professional cleaning from Monday to Friday is included.

Kitchen & Lounges: Guests have access to our modern, fully renovated communal kitchen and lounge areas for daily use. Please note: Kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, cutlery) are not provided and must be brought by yourself.

Laundry: Coin-operated washing machines and dryers by Mietwasch GmbH are available in the building.

Parking: Free public parking is available on the street. Additionally, 20 private parking spaces are available on-site (subject to a fee).

Location & Transit:
The area is quiet yet excellently connected. The subway lines U2 and U4 take you directly into Hamburg's city center within a short time. The location is also easily accessible by car via the Billstedt highway exit.

Important Rules & Conditions:

City Registration (Anmeldung): Fully supported! We will gladly issue the required landlord confirmation ("Wohnungsgeberbestätigung") after your check-in.

Check-in: Our reception is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Regular check-in takes place during these hours. Important: Check-in on weekends is strictly not possible. Arriving outside opening hours is only permitted by prior arrangement and requires advanced payment to access our digital Keybox.

House Rules: No pets and no overnight visitors are allowed. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the entire building.

Additional Fees:

One-time final cleaning fee: €40.00 per room / apartment due upon arrival.

Hamburg City Tax (KTT): For stays of fewer than 60 nights, a city tax of currently €0.64 per person/night applies. This fee is waived from night 61 onwards or as soon as you officially register your address.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
