Der Flur sowie der Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind mit hochwertigem Parkett ausgestattet, Bad und Küche sind gefliest. Für Buchungen von 6 bis 12 Monaten gewähren wir einen Rabatt von 5% auf die Monatsmiete. Bei Buchungen ab 12 Monaten erhalten

Die Uniklinik ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Hoheluft-West ist zudem sehr zentral gelegen und gut an das Hamburger Verkehrsnetz angebunden. The flat is a freshly refurbished 1-bedroom flat in the popular trendy district of Hoheluft-West. It is located on the ground floor of a well-kept 6-apartment house built in 1900. On a living area of approx. 33 m2 you will find a spacious living room and bedroom, a new fitted kitchen and a shower room.
The hallway and the living and sleeping areas are fitted with high-quality parquet flooring, the bathroom and kitchen are tiled. For bookings of 6 to 12 months we grant a discount of 5% on the monthly rent. For bookings of 12 months or more, you will receive a discount of 10% on the monthly rent.
**Location**
Hoheluft-West is considered comparatively green due to the numerous planted areas and the largely tree-lined streets. Due to its location close to the city centre, the urbanity provided by the dense, multi-storey buildings and the good infrastructure, the district is particularly popular with young people. The well-known Generalsviertel is also a sought-after area in Hoheluft-West.
The university hospital can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bicycle. Hoheluft-West is also very centrally located and well connected to Hamburg's transport network. Several bus stops are within walking distance on Hoheluftchaussee or Gärtnerstraße. You can also reach the underground stations Osterstraße (U2) and Hoheluftbrücke (U3) in a short time.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
