This exclusive and exceptionally large two double bedroom apartment has great floor to ceiling height with plenty of natural light. It is conveniently situated on the first floor with a lift and private garage. It is just outside the Traffic limited zone ( ZTL). Close to both Tram stations LAVAGNINI POLIZIANO & STROZZI FALLACI both serve Polimoda. The sitting room has two sofa beds, balcony and view of the river Mugnone. A separate dining room for you to eat your own meals, which can be created in the large kitchen with balcony using fresh ingredients from the nearby Mercato Centrale.
There are two bathrooms one with a shower, w.c, basin and mirror. The other has a bath with shower attachment, w.c, bidet, sink with mirror. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer with tall doors opening onto a balcony with washing line. The apartment is the perfect base for a family or a group of friends to explore the treasures of Florence City centre and also explore the surrounding Tuscany countryside. Firenze SMN train station and bus stations are near the end of Via Nazionale (approximately 15 minutes walk).
Double glazing has been installed to the front and back windows in addition to the rolling shutters outside the windows which can be closed during the day whilst you are out. In addition to the air conditioning to keep out the sun to provide a cool apartment on your return and also at night to provide a good nights sleep and keeps any noise out.
Car owners that do not wish to spend an additional 145 euros a week or 30 euros a night for private parking. With this apartment the parking is included within the price. The property has air conditioning, TV, DVD and WiFi.

Close to the apartment is the Mercato Centrale off via Nazionale and also San Lorenzo Market. Closer still is the Galleria dell'Accademia off Piazza di San Marco that is an art museum with Michelangelo sculptures, including David, plus Renaissance painting & Russian icons. The exhibition centre is also a short walk away at Fortezza da Basso. The apartment is located to allow you to walk to all the main tourist attractions and at the same time retreat to avoid the other tourists that are visiting the sites into a local neighbourhood. Just over the river Mugnone is the Horticultural gardens (Giardino dell'Orticultura, Via Vittorio Emanuele II, (hidden) Firenze).
Viale Giovanni Milton is a one way street that is in the centre of Florence. If you are arriving by car the apartment Viale Giovanni Milton is conveniently close to one of the main roads, Viale Spartaco Lavagnini (SS67) into Florence. The private garage is behind the apartment and is secured by iron gates that are opened electrically using a key in a control panel.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
