The apartment is equipped with every comfort, plasma TV in the living room, 2 washing machine, microwave oven and normal oven, wifi.

The property is located in a well-served area, in Via dei Martiri del Popolo, in the center, at 2 minutes walking to Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza del DUOMO. It is a very convenient and nearby different university. This location is close to shops, supermarket, restaurants, and historical landmarks. Public transportation is available and connects the neighborhood with all part of Florence
