Located on the ground floor of a beautiful historic house, this distinctive accommodation combines a spacious apartment, an independent studio and a private patio, offering comfort, character and flexibility for up to 6 guests.
Thoughtfully furnished and decorated, the property blends authentic architectural details with modern comforts, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for holidays, business trips, remote working and extended stays.

The main apartment features a bright and welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a dedicated workspace with a desk and a comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed.
A double sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
The independent studio offers a second double bedroom and its own cosy sitting area with a TV, making it particularly convenient for two couples, families or colleagues travelling together.
The different living spaces provide the flexibility to work, relax and enjoy time together while preserving everyone's privacy.
Your own private Mediterranean patio
One of the highlights of this accommodation is its charming private patio, an inviting outdoor space where you can enjoy breakfast in the sunshine, relax with a book or share dinner around the barbecue.
The patio is reserved exclusively for guests staying in this accommodation.
A distinctive layout in a historic residence
Maison Sarava has retained much of its original architecture and layout.
The main apartment and independent studio are part of the same booking and are accessed through the house's shared entrance.
A private bathroom and separate private toilet are also provided for your exclusive use, but they are reached via the shared circulation area rather than directly from the main apartment.
Other independent accommodation and the owners' residence are located elsewhere in the building. Guests enjoy privacy in their own spaces while sharing the main entrance and certain passageways.
Ideal for longer stays and remote working
The accommodation is designed to make everyday life easy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace, Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning and relaxing indoor and outdoor spaces.
The property benefits from an SFR fibre internet connection with Wi-Fi coverage supported by repeaters. A recent connection test recorded approximately 44 Mbps download and 45 Mbps upload, although actual speeds may vary depending on the room and network conditions.

One of the greatest advantages of Maison Sarava is its location in the heart of Espira-de-l'Agly, a lively and authentic Catalan village where everyday essentials are just a short walk away.
Les Halles de l'Agly bring together several local businesses, including a bakery, a pizzeria, a brasserie and a fresh fruit and vegetable shop. It is a welcoming place to pick up fresh produce, enjoy a coffee, have lunch or discover the flavours of the region.
The village also offers a Spar supermarket, a pharmacy, other local shops and convenient everyday services.
A local healthcare centre is approximately a two-minute walk away, while the village media library and children's playgrounds provide additional facilities for families and guests planning longer stays.
Several free public parking areas are available around the village, all within a five-minute walk of the house, subject to availability.
Perpignan Airport and Perpignan Hospital are approximately 10–15 minutes away by car, making the location particularly convenient for professional stays, healthcare-related travel and visits to the region.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation for free within 14 days before moving.
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent. The service fee is always refundable. If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee. After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
