Relax in a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table for four, and air conditioning. Large glass doors open onto the balcony, a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening drink outdoors.

- Kitchen

The open kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals: stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. Whether you prefer quick snacks or full dinners, you’ll find everything you need.

- Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed (150x200 cm), built-in wardrobe, AC, and access to the balcony.

Second Bedroom: Two single beds (90x200 cm each), AC, wardrobe, and also direct balcony access.

- Bathroom

Modern and functional, featuring a walk-in shower and all the essentials for your stay.

- Laundry Room

A dedicated laundry space with washer, drying rack, and storage - perfect for longer stays or family trips.

- Pool

Outdoor shared pool in the condominium, perfect for sunny days. Open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

- Gym

Located in the building, fully equipped to maintain your workout routine during your stay. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.

Good to Know

- Apartment located on the 1st floor, elevator available.
- The pool is shared with residents of the condominium. Pool access is through another building within the condo.
- No Dedicated Parking: Free street parking is available in front of the building but subject to availability.
- 20 minutes walking from the beach.
- The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
- Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
- The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
- We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
- Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
- Please note that the pool may undergo maintenance without prior notice from the condominium.

- Pool rules:
The swimming pool is a communal facility intended for leisure. Please respect the following rules:
A. Opening hours: 09:00 to 20:00
B. Only residents and their guests may use the pool
C. Maximum capacity: 15 people
D. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory
E. No eating, smoking, loud music, or games (balls, rackets, etc.) around the pool area
F. No diving or jumping into the pool
G. Children must be supervised by an adult
H. Pets are not allowed in the pool

- Gym room rules:
The gym is exclusively intended for physical fitness activities. Please follow the rules below:
A. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.
B. Access to the gym is free of charge
C. All users must maintain proper hygiene before, during, and after using the equipment. Failure to do so may result in a €50 penalty
D. The use of speakers or any device that plays music aloud is not permitted. Users must use headphones during workouts.

Cancellation Policy

Strict (30-days)

You can cancel the reservation for free within 30 days before moving.

Backup accommodation

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
