This shared apartment located near Düsseldorf Central Station (approx. 800 m away) leaves nothing to be desired thanks to its unique, high-quality interior design and comprehensive all-inclusive package, including electricity, Wi-Fi, heating, a stylish fitted kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge-freezer combination [all branded appliances], cutlery, coffee machine, etc.), washing machine, and much more.

All you need to do is move in with your suitcase – we've already taken care of everything else.

There are a total of 3 furnished rooms in this shared apartment:
- Large room (approx. 14.66 m2 + approx. 10.65 m2 share of the common areas; total living space approx. 25.31 m2 out of approx. 77 m2 total apartment size), available from August, total rent €779/month (including €150 utilities flat rate)

Current Flatmates:
- The shared apartment is currently home to three residents. Since one tenant is moving out after three years, (besides you) two young men will be living here from the beginning of August.
- One of them is a doctor whose warm and open-minded personality contributes greatly to the friendly atmosphere of the apartment.
- The other resident is a qualified IT specialist as well as a public transport operations specialist. Thanks to his friendly personality, he has become an indispensable part of the shared apartment.
- Both residents have good German and English language skills.
- They are always happy to have pleasant conversations while also respecting each other's privacy. Anyone who values personal space will find it here.

All flatmates are looking forward to welcoming a new roommate who fits well into the shared apartment and enriches the community.

Location:
• The nearest subway station is just around the corner, allowing you to reach Düsseldorf Central Station in only 1 minute by subway. Alternatively, it is only about a 10-minute walk (approx. 800 m).
• The famous Königsallee, Düsseldorf's popular shopping boulevard, can be reached in just 3 minutes by subway.
• Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by public transport.
• Numerous supermarkets (Edeka, Netto, Penny, Lidl, as well as Rossmann and dm drugstores), cafés, restaurants, bars, and many other amenities are located within walking distance.
• If you own a car, parking is available in the immediate neighborhood or at the nearby NH Hotel.

According to the website Walk Score, which provides walkability analyses and apartment search tools, this location has been rated a "Walker's Paradise", as virtually everything can be reached on foot.

Shared Apartment Life:
The spacious communal kitchen, which serves as the meeting point for the residents, is equipped with every imaginable convenience, including a capsule coffee machine, stove with cooktop, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, dining table, bar stools, and much more (see photos).

The apartment also features a large designer bathroom with natural daylight, a spacious cabinet, mirror, and more. In addition, residents can enjoy a large terrace and a garden.

The room includes a bed (which can be converted into a double bed; including two mattresses and bedding), a bedside table, desk and chair, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, and more (see photos).

Additional Information:
Only one person may rent the room. The stated rent is all-inclusive. No additional costs will be charged. Short-term rentals, such as (hidden), are not permitted.

Zimmer:
Diese WG in der „Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs Düsseldorf“ (ca. 800 m entfernt) lässt keine Wünsche offen mit der besonderen und hochwertigen Gestaltung und dem gesamten All-Inclusive-Paket mit Strom, W-Lan, Heizkosten, schicker Einbauküche (mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kochfeld, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi [alles Markengeräte], Besteck, Kaffeemaschine,...), Waschmaschine, etc. Sie müssen lediglich mit Ihrem Koffer einziehen. An den Rest haben wir bereits gedacht.


Hier gibt es insgesamt 3 möblierte WG-Zimmer:

WG – Bewohner:
- Zurzeit besteht die WG aus drei Bewohnern. Da einer nach drei Jahren Mietzeit auszieht, werden ab Anfang August zwei junge Herren dort leben.
- einer der beiden Herren ist Arzt und trägt mit seiner warmen und aufgeschlossenen Art sehr zu einem freundlichen WG-Klima bei.
- der andere Herr ist ausgebildeter Fachinformatiker, sowie Fachkraft im Fahrbetrieb. Durch seine sympathische Persönlichkeit ist er überhaupt nicht aus dieser WG wegzudenken.
- Beide verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie Englischkenntnisse.
- Man kann mit beiden immer nette Gespräche führen. Gleichzeitig respektieren sie Privatsphäre. Wer Rückzug wünscht, findet hier den nötigen Raum.

Alle WG-Bewohner freuen sich auf eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die gut zur WG passt und das WG-Miteinander bereichert.

• In nur 1 Minute gelangen Sie mit der U-Bahn (Haltstelle in unmittelbarer Nähe) zum Hauptbahnhof Düsseldorf (zu Fuß lediglich ca. 10 Minuten, da nur ca. 800 m entfernt).
• In nur 3 Minuten gelangen Sie mit der U-Bahn zur Königsallee, dem beliebten Boulevard im Stadtzentrum von Düsseldorf.
• Mittels ÖPNV gelangen Sie in rd. 20 Minuten zur Hochschule Düsseldorf.
• Viele Supermärkte (Edeka, Netto, Penny-Markt, Lidl, auch Rossmann und dm-Drogerie Markt), Cafes, Restaurants und Bars, etc. befinden sich in der unmittelbaren Nähe.

Die große gemeinsame Küche (Treffpunkt der WG-Bewohner) ist mit allen erdenklichen Extras ausgestattet, wie einer Kapselkaffeemaschine, Herd mit Kochfeld, Ofen, Kühl-/Gefrier-Kombi, Geschirrspüler, Esstisch, Barhocker, etc. (s. Fotos). In dieser WG gibt es ein großes Designbad mit Tageslicht, mit einem sehr geräumigen Schrank, einem Spiegel, etc.. Zudem gibt es eine große Terrasse, sowie einen Garten, welche mitgenutzt werden können.

Das WG-Zimmer beinhaltet ein Bett (kann in Doppelbett umfunktioniert werden; inklusive zwei Matratzen und Bettbezug), einen Nachttisch, einen Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und Spiegel, Kommode, etc. (s. Fotos).


Sonstiges:
Es wird 1 WG-Zimmer an max. 1 Person vermietet. Die angegebenen Mieten sind inklusive allem, es kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu. Eine Kurzzeitvermietung, wie bei (hidden) ist nicht möglich.
