The Panoramic Palace (Casa Intera / Whole House )

Fantastic imposing villa with unique and breathtaking sea views. With large terrace on the gulf and beautiful swimming pool. Divided into two independent revenue housing units. The apartment above has three rooms (one triple and two double) for 7 beds. Plus a comfortable double sofa bed and a single one. Seats 10 in total. While the apartment below has 5 beds (a double and a single,a single sofa bed and an opening puff). Total of 15 seats (with 3 bathrooms), entirely for you.. ; )


The house ABOVE is divided into two floors.

1) The upper floor has three bedrooms, a triple with a balcony with superb views consisting of a double bed and a single bed, a spacious double with a balcony consisting of a double bed and a slightly smaller double with a bed in a square and a half, where two people can still easily sleep. The triple (with balcony) and the small double, have superb sea views. The floor is completed by a very large bathroom and also complete with shower/bath... ; )

The ground floor of the house upstairs has a second bathroom with shower, a very large and beautiful lava stone kitchen and a very spacious living room with a fireplace with a semi-circular sofa and a sofa bed that becomes a double, a ceiling fan and a sofa bed for one person, as well as a 50-inch SMART TV.
The house is completed by a splendid covered terrace with a masonry top with electric barbecue, outdoor shower and a very large outdoor table with breathtaking views for the total number of beds in the house upstairs (10).


2) the house below has two rooms (one double and one single), as well as a sofa bed for one person and a small puff bed that opens for a person of medium/small build in the kitchen/living room area. For a total of 5 beds. The house is completed by a bathroom and a kitchen/living room with a 32-inch SMART TV, as well as a covered outdoor terrace with a table and stunning views, as well as a traditional barbecue... ; )

You will also have access to a FIXED climate control system in the living/kitchen area, sufficient to cover the needs of the entire house which performs various functions (Hot, Cold, Dehumidifier.. ).

Finally, in the outdoor area, you'll find a beautiful wooden solarium area (the lower section has recently been completely renovated, while the remaining section will be renovated in early October 2026) next to the pool, another outdoor shower, and even a ping pong table, as well as, of course, the outdoor garden.

We also recently finished a new play area with swings so that the children can have a dedicated space all to themselves.. ; )

All outdoor spaces and the entire house will be of EXCLUSIVE use FOR YOU.

Upstairs, if you come by car, you can even park your car inside the property, but honestly, since there is free parking in front of the house, we recommend leaving the car just outside the house, it will be more comfortable and easier!


From a Logisitic point of view, the location is really excellent, since by car you can visit some beautiful places nearby just about 10-15 minutes away such as San Vito and Macari, Erice and Valderice, Trapani and its salt pans and if you have a little more time (about 20-25 minutes) you can go to Castellammare and Segesta with its temples and baths, two really beautiful places!


If you finally prefer to get around on foot, there is a beautiful village just a few steps away (2-3 minutes walk) with all the services (Bar/Tobacco, Bakery, Fishmonger, Supermarket ) and even the bus stop !
Always on foot the beach is really close (about 10/15 minutes, depending on your step) !

Access will be through self-check-in. Please carefully follow the instructions, advice, and house rules to ensure your stay is as good as possible. ; )

The house is entirely for you, so all the spaces, such as the solarium area, the two types of barbecue (traditional and electric), the pool, the garden and the various terraces with canopies are just for you... ; )
For ping-pong lovers there will also be a table with all the accessories to be able to play!

If you need, you will have a washing machine and even a dryer at your disposal!

The house above has three rooms, all with AC (air conditioning and heating (heat pump).
The apartment below, has a single AC (air conditioning) and heating (heat pump) fixed in the living area that can cool and heat the whole house. Please do not move the air conditioning. In addition, we also offer a fan per room free of charge to our kind guests.

Finally, there will be a security camera externally at the entrance to the villa.

For any need an entire team will be available for you. The following figures will be present for you: hosts, co-hosts, cleaning people, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance workers. You can contact through Flatio messaging for non-urgent issues. In urgent cases it will also be possible to contact us by phone or via "Wa".
We are here for you and to give you the best stay possible! For this to happen, we also ask you to be kind and cooperative in reading, and having everyone involved in the trip read, carefully and carefully, the various house rules/advice that will be sent to you shortly before the check-in date.. ; )

The pool will be available all year round. Given the climate in Sicily, it will be possible to use it without problems, almost all year round. Even in the few less warm periods (only January and February), there could easily be hot days and so you can use the pool literally all year round, which for this very reason receives constant maintenance.
For this reason, it may happen that a couple of hours every 5-7 days (depending on the season) routine maintenance work must be carried out and that for these 2-3 hours, before and after the work, the pool cannot be used for precautionary reasons.

Finally, the price includes absolutely everything (air conditioning in all the rooms of the apartment above and a single air conditioning in the living room/kitchen sufficient for the entire apartment below, sheets, local taxes, towels... ).
