Wonderful home with a private entrance, a swimming pool and breathtaking sea views. With 3 bedrooms (a triple, a large double and a small double) for a total of 7 beds, upstairs. Plus a comfortable double sofa bed that opens and a single one, downstairs. For a total of 10 beds. A bathroom per floor, charming fireplace in the seating area, spacious lava stone kitchen and a large exclusive outdoor covered terrace with a fantastical gulf view.

The house above is divided into two floors.
The upper floor has three bedrooms, a triple bedroom with a balcony with a superb view consisting of a double bed and a single bed, a spacious double bedroom with a balcony consisting of a double bed and a slightly smaller double bedroom with a one and a half square bed, where two people can still easily sleep. The triple (with balcony) and the small double, have superb sea views. The floor is completed by a very large bathroom and also complete with shower/bath... ; )
The ground floor of the house upstairs has a second bathroom with shower, a very large and beautiful lava stone kitchen and a very spacious living room with a fireplace with a semi-circular sofa and a sofa bed that becomes a double with a ceiling fan and a sofa bed for one person, as well as a 50-inch SMART TV.
If you need, you will have a washing machine and even a dryer at your disposal!
The house is completed by a splendid covered terrace with a masonry top with electric barbacue, external shower and a very large external table with a breathtaking view for the total number of beds in the house above (10).
We also recently finished a new play area with swings so that the children can have a dedicated space all to themselves.. ; )
All of this listed so far is the exclusive responsibility of the house which, when exited in a raised position, enjoys excellent privacy.
Going down one floor, there will be the shared area where you will find a beautiful wooden solarium area (the lower part has recently been completely renovated, while the remaining part will be renovated in early October 2026) next to the pool, another outdoor shower and even a ping pong table, as well as of course the outdoor garden.
Upstairs, if you come by car, you can even park your car inside the property, but honestly, since there is free parking in front of the house, we recommend leaving the car just outside the house, it will be more comfortable and easier!
From a Logisitic point of view, the location is really excellent, since by car you can visit some beautiful places nearby just about 10-15 minutes away such as San Vito and Macari, Erice and Valderice, Trapani and its salt pans and if you have a little more time (about 20-25 minutes) you can go to Castellammare and Segesta with its temples and baths, two really beautiful places!
If you finally prefer to get around on foot, there is a beautiful village just a few steps away (2-3 minutes walk) with all the services (Bar/Tobacco, Bakery, Fishmonger, Supermarket ) and even the bus stop !
Always on foot the beach is really close (about 10/15 minutes, depending on your step) !
Access will be through self-check-in. Please carefully follow the instructions, advice, and house rules to ensure your stay is as good as possible. ; )
This speldida abode will be for your full exclusive use with independent entrance. The large terrace area (with splendid views of the sea, the gulf and the mountain) with a canopy, washing machine, large outdoor table, worktop and outdoor shower will also be of your full privacy and exclusivity.
You will even have an electric barbecue for your exclusive use, while the barbecue in front of the apartment downstairs is for the exclusive use of the apartment downstairs.
The pool area and the solarium, together with the garden, could at most only be shared with the small apartment below.
This shared area is still a lower-floor area, giving maximum exclusivity and privacy to your apartment and terrace, which are located on the upper floors. ; )
For ping-pong lovers there will also be a table with all the accessories to be able to play!
Finally, there will be a security camera externally at the entrance to the villa.
For any need an entire team will be available for you. The following figures will be present for you: hosts, co-hosts, cleaning people, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance workers. You can contact through flatio messaging for non-urgent issues. In urgent cases it will also be possible to contact us by phone or via "Wa".
We are here for you and to give you the best stay possible! The pool will be available all year round. Given the climate in Sicily, it will be possible to use it without problems, almost all year round. Even in the few less warm periods (only January and February), there could easily be hot days and so you can use the pool literally all year round, which for this very reason receives constant maintenance.
For this reason, it may happen that a couple of hours every 5-7 days (depending on the season) routine maintenance work must be carried out and that for these 2-3 hours, before and after the work, the pool cannot be used for precautionary reasons.
The price, finally, includes absolutely everything (air conditioning in the bedrooms, sheets, local taxes, towels... ).

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation for free within 14 days before moving.
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent. The service fee is always refundable. If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee. After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
