• House Rules
This apartment is strictly non-smoking, drug-free and pet-free; no parties, events or gatherings are permitted; tenants shall comply with all building regulations, community rules and the landlord’s house rules. Further details are available upon request.

• Booking Procedure
After the online reservation has been completed through the booking platform, the landlord will contact the prospective tenant directly by email or (hidden) and provide the standard rental agreement for signing.
