Located in Inman Square, a small mostly commercial neighborhood roughly three miles outside of Boston, this 1101-square-foot unit features antique hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, high ceilings, large windows for natural light, HVAC heating, and lots of closets for storage. All four bedrooms can accommodate queen-size beds, nightstands, and dressers or desks. The tile-floor bathroom offers a new sink and dual-flush toilet, lots of cabinets, a walk-in shower, and wainscot paneling on the walls. A spacious, newly remodeled, eat-in kitchen boasts name-brand stainless appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, a large pantry, and can easily hold a dining table with four chairs. Similar to other neighborhoods in Cambridge and Boston, Inman Square refers to both the busy commercial intersection and the small residential district you will find it in. A short drive away from both Harvard University and Downtown Boston, Inman Square is home to an eclectic demographic that consists of college students, families, and working professionals. A ten-minute walk will get you to Central station for the Red Line train, which will get you up to Harvard University or over to Downtown.
