Otherwise, the ownerthere is the right to require an unregistered guest to check out.Before checking in, the guest(s) are required to show their documents (ID card or passport) for registration with the NTAK system. If they decline, they won't be able to check in for the booked period.It IS FORBIDDEN to smoke in all forms of smoking. It is possible to smoke in front of the house or in the courtyard without disturbing the neighbors. Smoking penalty: 500€The property is prohibited from hosting a house party, bachelor party, bachelorette party, etc. Event penalty: 1000€NO damage to furniture or fixtures. If they do, they may be charged even if they pay. Furniture rearrangement IS PROHIBITED.The apartment is located in a family area.
