Zwei Zimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Wanne bieten Ihnen auf 56 Quadratmetern allen Komfort. Das Apartment liegt im sehr beliebten Trendbezirk Prenzlauer Berg. Der Prenzlauer Berg zählt zu den sehr jungen Berliner Bezirken, obwohl er schon seit Jahrzehnten ein lebendiger Ort ist, voller Lebensenergie und einem speziellen nur hier zu findenden Lebensgefühl. Zahllose Kneipen, Bars, Cafés und Galerien sorgen für ein abwechslungsreiches Nachtleben, in dem Sie sicher ihren Platz finden. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es Ihnen schnell und direkt überall hinzukommen. Die U- und S-Bahnstation Schönhauser Allee erreichen Sie nach 7 Minuten Fußweg und Tramhaltestellen befinden sich fast gegenüber.
Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer: Im Wohnzimmer lädt ein großes modernes Doppelbett mit 2 einzelnen Matratzen (gesamt 1,80 x 2.00 m) mit Beistelltischen zum Erholen nach einem Tag im Berliner Trubel ein, Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss ermöglichen Entspannung pur und selbstverständlich können Sie den vorhandenen WLAN-Anschluss nutzen. In einem komfortablen Sessel mit Stehlampe lässt sich der Abend auch mit guter Lektüre ausklingen. Ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank bietet genügend Stauraum für ihr Gepäck. Am eleganten Esstisch mit vier Stühlen können Sie bequem und gemütlich zusammen essen, Stadtpläne durchforsten und Pläne für den Tag schmieden.
Schlafzimmer: Das Schlafzimmer bietet die Möglichkeit sich in zwei Einzelbetten zurückzuziehen und ermöglicht den Besuchern auch in getrennten Betten zu übernachten. Die Nachttische und angenehmes Licht machen aus dem Schlafzimmer einen Ort, an den man sich gern zurückzieht. Bettwäsche ist selbstverständlich vorhanden. Durch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch bei einer Belegung mit vier Gästen für alle optimaler Schlafkomfort in richtigen Betten geboten.
Küche: In der komplett ausgestatteten Küche gibt es einen Herd mit Backofen, einen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit. Ein Kaffeebereiter, ein Wasserkocher und Toaster, sowie Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser und Töpfe sind vorhanden.
Bad: Das elegante Bad ist ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne, Waschbecken. Die Toilette ist separat untergebracht, so dass es am Morgen weniger Stau gibt, bei einer Belegung zu viert. Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Weitere wichtige Infos
Ich bitte die Gäste, sich im Innenhof oder bei geöffnetem Fenster leise zu unterhalten, um die Nachbarn nicht zu stören. Im Apartment nicht zu rauchen aus Rücksicht auf nachfolgende Gäste und das Geschirr vor der Abfahrt abzuwaschen und insbesondere die Küche sauber zu hinterlassen.

The apartment is elegant, modern and high quality furnished. It is located on the ground floor left side wing of a freshly renovated old building in Berlin. Two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with tub offer you every comfort on 56 square meters. The apartment is located in the very popular trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg. The Prenzlauer Berg is one of the very young districts of Berlin, although it has been a lively place for decades, full of life energy and a special attitude towards life that can only be found here. Countless pubs, bars, cafés and galleries provide a varied nightlife in which you are sure to find your place. The central location allows you to get everywhere quickly and directly. The U- and S-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee can be reached after a 7 minute walk and tram stops are almost opposite.
Living room and dining room: In the living room, a large modern double bed with 2 single mattresses (total 1.80 x 2.00 m) with side tables invites you to relax after a day in the hustle and bustle of Berlin, flat-screen TVs with cable connection allow pure relaxation and of course you can use the existing WLAN connection. In a comfortable armchair with floor lamp you can end the evening with a good read. A spacious wardrobe offers enough storage space for your luggage. At the elegant dining table with four chairs you can eat together comfortably and cosily, browse through city maps and make plans for the day.
Bedroom: The bedroom offers the possibility to retreat into two single beds and also allows visitors to sleep in separate beds. The bedside tables and pleasant light make the bedroom a place where people like to retreat. Bed linen is of course available. Due to the equipment of the apartment, optimal sleeping comfort in real beds is provided for everyone, even if the apartment is occupied by four guests.
Kitchen: In the fully equipped kitchen there is a stove with oven, a refrigerator with ice compartment and a small seating area. A coffee maker, a kettle and toaster, as well as dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots are available.
Bathroom: The elegant bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, sink. The toilet is located separately, so that there is less traffic jam in the morning, when four people are occupied. Towels are available.
Further important information
I ask the guests to talk quietly in the courtyard or with the window open so as not to disturb the neighbours. Not to smoke in the apartment out of consideration for following guests and to wash the dishes before departure and especially to leave the kitchen clean.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
