danke für Dein Interesse an meinem Zimmer 7 mit eigenem WC, eigenem Waschbecken & eigener Waschmaschine.
Bitte lies dir die folgenden Infos gut durch. Du ersparst Dir & mir damit viel Zeit, weil Du aus den Infos & Fotos gut erkennen kannst, ob das Zimmer für Dich / Euch in Frage kommt.
Äußerst wichtg:
Bewerbungen werden nur berücksichtigt, wenn zu den angegeben Infos (siehe unten) eine klare positive Stellungnahme abgegeben wird. Andernfalls ergibt sich die Möglichkeit von Interessengegensätzen. Das möchte ich in meinem Interesse & im Interesse der WG-Mitglieder unbedingt vermeiden.
Zur WG/Wohnung allgemein:
Wer es nicht schick, sondern rustikal & teilweise lebendig in der WG-Küche liebt, aber gerne Ruhe im Zimmer hat, der ist hier richtig. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau mit besonders hohen Decken (3,55m) und ist per Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Wir sind eine reine Nichtraucher-WG-Wohnung! Das Rauchen ist daher in allen Zimmer und der gesamten WG streng verboten. Wer dennoch rauchen möchte, kann hierzu gerne den begrünten Innenhof nutzen (nur bis 22 Uhr), der mit 2 Bänken an einem kleinen Teich ausgestattet ist. Bitte unbedingt leise sein, im Hof & sämtliche Spuren des Rauchens entfernen. Ansonsten bitte auf der Straße rauchen (ohne zeitliche Begrenzung), mit einem Mindestabstand von 15 Metern zur Haustür.
Generell verstehen wir uns als eine interessante Mischung. Du findest hier tolerante, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Du kannst Dich zurückziehen, um die Nichtraucher-W.G. als bloße Zweck-W.G. zu verstehen, Du kannst Dich aber auch gern einklinken zu gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, Essen, Unterhaltungen oder sonstigen Unternehmungen, die hier alle freiwillig sind. Es ist hier locker und nicht zwanghaft, aber im Gemeinschaftsbereich sauber & ordentlich.
Hier wohnen zur Zeit 8 Menschen:
3 Frauen: Anastasiia, Ayman, Mia,
5 Männer: Amir, Martin, Thomas, Sho & Claudio.
Wir sind aufgeschlossen und fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Mehrere WG-MitbewohnerInnen stehen für Tipps zur Verfügung. Respektvolles Anklopfen an deren Tür und freundlich Fragen stellen empfiehlt sich sehr.
Wir sprechen Alle, außer Martin auch Englisch (Anastasiia, Ayman, Mia, Amir, Thomas, Sho, Prakit & ich selbst: Claudio), Anastasiia auch Russisch & Ukrainisch, Ayman auch Indisch, Amir auch Iranisch & Holländisch, Mia auch Portugiesisch, & ich spreche selbst auch Spanisch und ein klein wenig Französisch.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume müssen stets nach Benutzung sauber hinterlassen werden, besonders das Bad, der Duschraum & die Küche, weil wir gelegentlich Gäste haben, die eventuell hohe Ansprüche an die Ordnung und Sauberkeit haben.
Neben dem Zimmer stehen dir folgende Räume zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den anderen Bewohnern zur Verfügung:
- Bad mit WC (2,7qm),
- Dusche (1,3qm),
- große Küche (18qm), inkl. Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Spülmaschine,
Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc.
- Speisekammer (1,4qm),
- Küchenhochboden (18qm),
- 4 Flure (23qm),
- 1 Werkstatt-Hochboden (2,4m)
- 1 Balkon (7,5qm)
Noch eine wichtige Information zur evtl. vermuteten Bad-"Problematik" in unserer großen WG:
Wir sind ja unter Umständen viele Menschen in der WG (7-9 Bewohner mit evtl. 3-5 Gästen) und haben “nur “
- 1 Duschzimmer,
- 1 Bad mit WC, Waschbecken und 2 Spiegelschränken und
- 1 Extra-WC.
Zum Händewaschen & evtl. Zähneputzen haben wir aber noch
- ein weiteres Spül-bzw. Waschbecken in der Küche und
- ein weiteres Handwaschbecken im Zimmer 7.
Weiterhin habe ich eine Info-Tafel vor dem Bad rechts angebracht, in der ihr eure gewünschten Duschraum-Benutzungszeiten eintragen könnt. Einfach den Button mit eurer Zimmernummer in die gewünschte Zeit einlegen.
Zum Zimmer 7:
Das Zimmer befindet sich rechts vom 1. Flur abgehend (siehe Fotos bezüglich des Größenverhältnis) Über eine Senkrecht-Leiter (siehe Fotos) erreicht man in einer Höhe von 2,10m den Schlafbereich oder weiteren Büro-Bereich. Der Schlaf- oder Büro-Bereich oben auf der Hoch-Ebene ist nur 1,40cm hoch. Man kann also nicht aufrecht stehen, sondern nur gebückt, oder auf einem kleinen Stuhl (siehe Foto) am Laptop oder Tablet arbeiten die Decke dann 2,20 m hoch, so dass man aufrecht stehen kann.
Zur Lage:
Wir haben in unmittelbarer Nähe eine sehr gute BVG-Anbindung:
- U-Bhf Berliner Str. (U7+ U9), 4-7min zu Fuß
- U-Bhf Blissestr. (U7) 3-6min zu Fuß
- mehrere Busse & Nachtbusse, 2-3min zu Fuß
Weiterhin haben wir in unmittelbarer Nähe:
- den Volkspark Wilmersdorf mit Liegewiese zum Sonnenbaden, Entspannen, Joggen, Basketball-Spielen auf umzäunten Basketballcourt mit 4 Basketballkörben, Tischtennis-Spielen auf 2 Tischtennis-Platten, Schach-Spielen an 6 Schachtischen, Mühle-Spielen an 2 Mühletischen und
- den besten Vollkorn-Bäcker von Berlin (Weichardt),
- einen beliebten französischen Imbiß-Laden "Les Baguettes",
- Bio-Supermärkte mit viel Auswahl und weitere viele gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Berliner Straße:
- Reichelt (24-Stunden geöffnet! Samstags bis 23 Uhr!),
- Lidl (Montag-Freitag von 8-22 Uhr geöffnet, samstags bis 20 Uhr),
- Schuh- & Schlüsseldienst,
- 2 Blumenläden,
- mehrere Restaurants und Imbisse und vieles mehr.
Zur Miete
Die Miete für das Zimmer kann sich bei Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vermieter & den WG-Mitgliedern reduzieren (um bis zu 80 €). Bei Fragen/für weitere Infos, bitte melde dich per Nachricht bei mir.
Privat vermiete ich das Zimmer 7 mit 23qm an bis zu 4 MitbewohnerInnen.
Nochmals: Der oben genannte Preis gilt für 1 Person.
Für die 2. Person muss ein Preis von 220 € pro Person pro Monat extra gezahlt werden.
Für die 3. & 4. Person muss ein Preis von 200 € pro Person pro Monat extra gezahlt werden.
Schlafgelegenheiten im Zimmer:
a) oben auf der Hoch-Ebene bis zu 3 Einzelbett-Matratzen (je 0,8 x 2m) &
b) unten rechts 1 Einzelbett-Matratze (0,8 x 2m).

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
