Luxury, comfortable, cozy and quiet 50m2 recently renovated and fully furnished 2-room apartment, perfect to relax after your work or trips around the city, or for those ones willing to have a calm environment to work peacefully and rest. The minimalistic and modern interior design of the apartment is being made to bring a cozy and comfortable environment for our guests. The apartment is recently renovated and top furnished, all is brand new and top!

The apartment has an extra bed-sofa in the living room for eventual visits and next to it you can find a beautiful floor lamp with soft lighting to bring a cozy atmosphere. The extendible table counts with 4 leather chairs and could fit up to 6 people. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, the rain shower is amazing and the bathroom counts not just with LED’s lights in the ceiling but as well in the mirror. The kitchen was in top condition and didn’t require any further renovation; it has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, induction/electric cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and much more! You count with an efficiently designed storeroom where you can hang your winter jackets and store other things; as well you have an extra hanger and stylish mirror at the hall at the entrance of the apartment. The bedroom has a comfortable bed (160x200cm) and counts with two wardrobes, one big one and one small one to store extra things like bedclothes, towels or any others. You count as well with 2 bedside tables to give you more organisational opportunities, and 2 bedside touch-lights, no on-off buttons to press, just touch it and that’s it. The entire apartment is designed to give you efficient lighting through the well-distributed LED ́s lighting system. The kitchen has heated-floor to bring you an excellent atmosphere in wintertime.

The apartment has a high-speed Internet connection and counts with an LG WebOS Smart-TV with Netflix included to watch your favorite series and movies.

Next to the apartment you can find nice restaurants, pharmacy, cafés, bakery, supermarkets, stores and the beautiful City-Park of Steglitz! A great big playground is just around the corner.

Located in a historic residential building in the top neighborhood of Steglitz with lots of green spaces in the surroundings. Not far from the famous street and shopping area of "Schloßstraße". Well connected public transportation, not far to the train station "S-Bahn Südende" that you can reach walking in just some minutes (approx. 10min) and goes straight to the center of Berlin. With this S-Bahn “Südende" Station you can go straight to the famous stations of “Potsdamer Platz” (just 5 stops), "Friedrichstraße" in Mitte (city center and not far from the famous “Checkpoint Charlie”) and “Brandenburger Tor” (Brandenburg Gates) among others; all of these stations are reachable with the same line, no need to change! Around these areas, you can find different sightseeing attractions, such as the “Museumsinsel” (Museum Island), the “Reichstag” (German Parliament), “Unter den Linden” (boulevard with cafes and shops), and Berlin-“Hauptbahnhof” (Berlin Central Station). Next to Potsdamer Platz you can find the famous building of Sony-Center where you can find a cinema, cafés, and restaurants, as well as the recently built Mall of Berlin next to it.

House Rules:
• Smoking and/or pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, be aware that laud noises could disturb neighbors. I kindly ask my guests to consider maintaining this quiet atmosphere specially after 09:00pm/21:00hrs.
• Downloads and/or streaming of movies, music or any other is not allowed (in Germany illegal downloads or streaming are forbidden and punished with expensive fines). The tenant is responsible of paying these fines.
• We strongly recommend a regular cleaning and maintenance of the apartment.
• At the end of your tenancy there is a final cleaning fee due. We charge for a regular final cleaning (incl. 3 hours): 75,00€, every additional hour costs 25,00€ in case that the apartment requires an extensive cleaning work.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
