Este acogedor estudio se encuentra en la tercera planta de un característico edificio del barrio de el Born, ubicado a pocos pasos de los principales atractivos del centro de Barcelona. Este acogedor alojamiento ha sido completamente reformado hace muy poco tiempo utilizando unos materiales y una decoración modernos y de calidad para ofrecer a los huéspedes una estancia muy confortable.

Está compuesto por un gran ambiente equipado con una cama de matrimonio y una mesa con sillas, por un cuarto de baño con ducha y por una pequeña cocina equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar todos tus platos favoritos.
Desde este punto del centro de Barcelona, es posible llegar en pocos minutos a algunos de los principales puntos de interés turístico de la ciudad como el Museo de Picasso, la Iglesia de Santa María del Mar y visitar la zona de El Born con sus características calles llenas de tiendas de artesanía y de moda.

This cosy studio is located on the third floor of a characteristic building in the Born neighbourhood, just a short walk from the main attractions in the centre of Barcelona. This cosy accommodation has recently been completely refurbished using modern and high quality materials and decoration to offer guests a very comfortable stay.

It consists of a large room equipped with a double bed and a table with chairs, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook all your favourite dishes.
From this point in the centre of Barcelona, it is possible to reach in a few minutes some of the main tourist attractions of the city such as the Picasso Museum, the Church of Santa Maria del Mar and visit the area of El Born with its characteristic streets full of craft and fashion shops.

Instructions and house rules here:

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.


4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

5- ✨ Important: There is an additional fee which is calculated depending on the number of months of your reservation. The value shown in the Rent Summary as "Other", is the monthly value from the total administrative fee. The total amount is the result of multiplying the monthly value by the number of months of your reservation. The total amount of the Administrative Fee must be paid at the time of check-in.

As an Example: If the there is written other: 100 euros/monthly, and your booking is for 3 months, then the fee would be 300 euros and must be paid at the check in.

6- Pets are allowed for 15 € per day or 150 € per month.

7- There is an alarm system in the property. It does not register or record anything. It is SECURITAS brand.

Monday to Friday:
15:00 h. - 18:30: Free
18:30 h. - 21:00 h: 30 euros
21.00 h. - 23.00 h.: 50 euros

Weekends and public holidays

9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.: 50 euros

IMPORTANT:
It is possible to rent a minimum of 32 nights per Barcelona rental law for monthly contracts.

** From 22:00 to 8:00 you have to be quiet. No parties are allowed. If the police come to the flat or the neighbours call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the flat and/or have to pay a fine.

Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí:

1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva.

2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente.

3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad.


4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza.

5- Importante: El coste adicional solicitado de tasa administrativa debe ser pagado durante el check in; Dependerá del total de meses que vaya a alquilar, en la descripción muestra el importe equivalente a un mes de estancia. Consultarnos si tienes dudas.

6- Se admiten mascotas por 15 euros al día o 150 euros al mes.

7- Hay un sistema de alarma en la propiedad. No registra ni graba nada. Es de la marca SECURITAS.

IMPORTANTE:
Es posible rentar como mínimo de 32 noches por ley de arrendamiento de Barcelona para contratos mensuales.

** De 22:00 a 8:00 hay que guardar silencio. No se permiten fiestas. Si la policía viene al piso o los vecinos llaman al Gobierno/Policía, serás desalojado del piso y/o tendrás que pagar una multa.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
