This cosy flat is located in the heart of the Born district. It is strategically located just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutadella, as well as Las Ramblas and Plaza de Catalunya. With several metro lines within walking distance, this is the perfect place to make the most of your stay in the city of Barcelona.

The flat has a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen as well as a double bed. This makes it the ideal place to visit Barcelona with your partner or a friend. Enjoy the city's nightlife, stroll through the narrow streets of the Born and breathe the atmosphere of its medieval architecture, visit the Olympic Village or take advantage of the cultural offer of the area.

Instrucciones y normas de la casa aquí:

1.- Cuando llegue a Barcelona, por favor llame al tel. que se le facilitará cuando confirme su reserva.

2.-El check-in se realiza en nuestra oficina. Allí se entregarán las llaves y se firmará un documento con las cláusulas adjuntas. Si no se firma, no se puede entrar en el apartamento y por tanto la reserva se considera cancelada por parte del Cliente.

3.- No se permite la estancia en el apartamento de más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Sólo el titular del contrato puede recoger las llaves. No se admiten menores de edad.


4.- Si el día de salida (que es a las 10 de la mañana) el apartamento no está ordenado, se cobrará un extra de limpieza.

5-✨ Importante: Existe una tasa adicional que se calcula en función del número de meses de su reserva. El valor que aparece en el Resumen de Alquileres como "Otros", es el valor mensual del total de la tasa administrativa. El importe total es el resultado de multiplicar el valor mensual por el número de meses de su reserva. El importe total de la Tasa Administrativa deberá ser abonado en el momento del check-in.

Como Ejemplo: Si esta escrito OTROS: 100 euros/mes, y su reserva es de 3 meses, entonces la tasa sería de 300 euros y debe ser pagada en el check in"

6- Se admiten mascotas por 15 euros al día o 150 euros al mes.

7- Al realizar el check out, sólo tienes que dejar las llaves en la mesa del comedor del interior, sacar la basura, dejar el apartamento ordenado, CERRAR bien las ventanas y cerrar la puerta al salir.

IMPORTANTE:
Es posible rentar como mínimo 32 noches por ley de arrendamiento de Barcelona para contratos mensuales.

Debes llamar 30 minutos antes de tu llegada para que alguien te esté esperando. Si no llama, no podremos llegar a tiempo. (hidden)

A partir de las 22:00 horas. a las 8:00 am. usted debe estar tranquilo. No se permiten fiestas. No se permite fumar. Si la policía llega al apartamento o los vecinos llaman al gobierno/policía, será desalojado del apartamento y/o tendrá que pagar una multa.


- El apartamento no dispone de alimentos (ni café, sal, aceite, azúcar). - Proporcionamos a los huéspedes un kit de atención de bienvenida (1-2 rollos de papel higiénico). Siempre hay toallas y sábanas.

- Existe un sistema de alarma en algunas de las propiedades de la empresa Securitas Direct. Actúan como SENSORES de movimiento. Cuando están conectados, la función principal es detectar movimiento físico en el área donde se encuentran.

1.- When you arrive in Barcelona, please call tel. that will be provided to you when you confirm your reservation.

2.-Check-in is done at our office. There the keys will be handed over and a document with attached clauses will be signed. If it is not signed, you cannot enter the apartment and therefore the reservation is considered canceled by the Client.

3.- The stay in the apartment of more people than those indicated in the reservation is not allowed. Only the contract holder can collect the keys. Minors are not allowed.


4.- If the day of departure (which is at 10 am) the apartment is not tidy, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.

5- New text that should be live:

”5-✨ Important: There is an additional fee which is calculated depending on the number of months of your reservation. The value shown in the Rent Summary as "Other", is the monthly value from the total administrative fee. The total amount is the result of multiplying the monthly value by the number of months of your reservation. The total amount of the Administrative Fee must be paid at the time of check-in.

As an Example: If the there is written other: 100 euros/monthly, and your booking is for 3 months, then the fee would be 300 euros and must be paid at the check in”

6- Pets are allowed for 15 € per day or 150 € per month.

7- When checking out, you just have to leave the keys on the dining table inside, take out the trash, leave the apartment tidy, CLOSE the windows tightly and close the door when you leave.

IMPORTANT:

- There is an alarm system in some of the properties of the company Securitas Direct. They act as motion SENSORS. When connected, the main function is to detect physical movement in the area where they are located.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
