Imagine that you have a terrace where you enjoy the sun and calm and you can relax every day when you get home. Now imagine that same thing but multiplied by 3. Yes, in this wonderful triplex of 90m2 useful (+ 85m2 of outdoor area) you have 3 beautiful terraces just for you. So, if you are one of those who are looking for a quiet paradise in the middle of the city, this place is definitely the best for you. All the spaces of this south facing house are exterior and enjoy ample sunlight.
The house is divided into 3 floors:
- On the first floor we find the living room, with the first terrace and a chaise longue sofa bed. It is a very relaxed and comfortable space, perfect to invite some friends and share a snack. The adjacent kitchen is a large space with upper cabinets and practical lower drawers, fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances such as induction stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.. It continues with the bright dining room, where you will find two armchairs perfect for reading, as the light enters from large windows that lead us on one side to the peaceful balcony and on the other, to the second cozy terrace enabled to eat outside and the laundry area (washer and dryer), with a large clothesline. On this floor there is also a complete bathroom with shower.
- On the second floor are the bedrooms. The first one is a suite (private bathroom inside, including bathtub), with double bed, closet and mountain views. You will take a shower looking at the sky and the mountains, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The second room is perfectly prepared as an office but has a single folding bed that allows you to quickly convert it into a bedroom. A perfect place to work or study at home. The second independent bathroom has a shower.
- The third floor is entirely the last terrace that will dazzle you with the incredible view of the city and the sea. It has 2 hammocks, barbecue, sink and dishes.
The parking space is included in the rental price.
The apartment has air conditioning in the rooms, underfloor heating (the best for people with allergies) and high speed wifi. It also has photovoltaic panels that take advantage of solar energy and reduce energy consumption.
The house was finished in June 2015 and is therefore very well insulated from noise and outside temperature.
*The neighborhood:*
The apartment is located in the hills of the city, at the foot of Tibidabo, within the district of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. This area is very residential, safe and quiet. It has stores, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, gardens and parks (such as Creueta del Coll or Collserola) that invite you to relax and go for a walk, outdoor activities and sports, while enjoying incredible views of Barcelona and Tibidabo, and breathe cleaner and fresher air than in the city center.
The house is very well communicated with the rest of the city, fifteen minutes from the center by public transport: different bus lines (2-5 minutes away) and the metro stations "Penitents" (L3) and "Vall d'Hebron" (L3 and L5) at 7 minutes walking (in 15 minutes you are in the center of Barcelona). The same time it takes to get to the market, the neighborhood library and different supermarkets. Ten minutes from the Vall d'Hebron Hospital, the Quiron Hospital and the Primary Care Center. CosmoCaixa and Park Güell are also within walking distance.
By car, the airport is 20 minutes away and metro line 3 connects directly to the Passeig de Gràcia and Sants train stations.
The street is quiet, with almost no car traffic but five minutes from the Ronda de Dalt.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
