It is a furnished apartment with 3 rooms to share between 3 young people of legal age. The costs of electricity, water, gas, community, home insurance and WIFI are included. The apartment has a living-dining room with air conditioning and a large window with lots of natural light with an electric blind operated by remote control, with a three-seater sofa and a matching armchair, furniture in the living room with cabinets, drawers and shelves, and large table that can double its size when extended. Terrace overlooking the street. Kitchen with cupboards and drawers, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Laundry area with automatic washing machine. Full bathroom with shower and toilet. Internet access and Elevator.
Although kitchen utensils, kitchenware, cutlery, crockery, table linen or detergents must be provided by the tenants, at this time and for months, the kitchen is being used by two roommates, so the tenants could agree share what exists, or otherwise, contribute what is necessary each one individually. As a courtesy, at the beginning of the stay, the room already has a pillow with a cover, a fitted sheet, a duvet cover with its filling included, and two towels.
The area has all the services of a big city (all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, health centers, gyms, libraries, hairdressers, hotels, public parks, public transport... .).
The apartment is very well connected, very close to the metro stops Navas (red L1), Clot - Rodalíes Aragó (red L1, purple L2, R1, R2, R2 nord, R11, RG1), Camp de l'Arpa (L5 blue) and La Sagrera (L1 red, L5 blue, L9N orange, L10N light blue). It also has many bus lines in its surroundings, and with a "Bicing" public bicycle station just 200 meters away.
The room will be rented by signing a rental contract, and if it is of interest to the tenant, the possibility of registering with the Barcelona City Council will be facilitated.

El piso dispone de un salón-comedor con aire acondicionado y un gran ventanal con mucha luz natural con persiana eléctrica accionada por mando a distancia, con un sofá de tres plazas y una butaca a juego, mueble en salón con armarios, cajones y estanterías, y mesa grande que extendida puede doblar su tamaño. Terraza con vistas a la calle. Cocina con armarios y cajones, frigorífico-congelador, cocina vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, horno y microondas. Zona de lavado con lavadora automática. Baño completo con ducha y WC. Acceso a internet y Ascensor.
Si bien los utensilios de cocina, menaje, cubertería, vajilla, mantelería o detergentes deben ser aportados por los inquilinos, en este momento y desde hace meses, la cocina está siendo utilizada por dos compañeros en el piso, por lo que los inquilinos podrían acordar compartir lo existente, o en caso contrario, aportar lo necesario cada uno individualmente. Como cortesía, al inicio de la estancia, la habitación ya dispone de almohada con funda, sábana bajera, funda nórdica con su relleno incluido y dos toallas.
La zona dispone de todos los servicios de una gran ciudad (tiendas de todo tipo, supermercados, panaderías, fruterías, bares, restaurantes, bancos, farmacias, centros de salud, gimnasios, bibliotecas, peluquerías, hoteles, parques públicos, transporte público...).
El piso está muy bien comunicado, muy cerca de las paradas de metro Navas (L1 roja), Clot - Rodalíes Aragó (L1 roja, L2 lila, R1, R2, R2 nord, R11, RG1), Camp de l’Arpa (L5 azul) y La Sagrera (L1 roja, L5 azul, L9N naranja, L10N azul claro). También dispone de muchas líneas de autobuses en su entorno, y con una estación de bicicletas públicas "Bicing" a tan solo 200 metros.
El alquiler de la habitación se hará firmando un contrato de alquiler, y si es de interés para el inquilino, se facilitará la posibilidad de empadronarse en el Ayuntamiento.

Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
