Spread over 49M2, the apartment has high ceilings and makes the most of its history with a mix of original coloured modernist tiled floors and wood. Decorated with Artworks by local Barcelona designers, its a comfortable place to relax with friends, family or colleagues after a long day.
On the third floor, the apartment is just one of two apartments per floor, in a well kept, quiet residential building.
The high speed WIFI is reliable & there is a washing machine for your ease & convenience.

The Lounge ( Sleep 2)
An inviting lounge area with mosaic floors & a balcony faces towards the Tibidabo Mountain, it’s a great space to entertain and enjoy meals at home. The balcony is great place to enjoy morning coffee. There is a comfy sofa, coffee table, mood lighting and plenty of guides to ensure you make the most of your stay. A SMART flat screen TV with Netflix and internet access ensures you can enjoy your favourite series during your stay.
We can also offer International TV should you require it.
The sofa doubles as a sofa bed for extra sleeping space should you need it, and black out shutters ensure a restful nights sleep.
The dining table seats 4 people and is a great space to dine together, there is a super bakery, local market & supermarket nearby, if you wish to dine at home.
Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
The Stylish Master is light & access to the balcony. Its a cosy and well designed space, the bed is 150 x 200 and special attention has been paid to the quality of the bedding and pillows so that you can feel relaxed & enjoy a good nights rest. There is plenty of storage & hanging space, bedside lighting and night stands.
Bathroom
A bijoux modern bathroom, with hand basin, mirror, LED lighting, vanity cabinet, WC & walk in Shower. Fresh White towels, Shower gel & a hairdryer are supplied so that you can pack light.
Kitchen
The kitchen has all the amenities you will need to cook at home, a hob, cooker, Coffee machine, fridge freezer, electric kettle & toaster. All glass wear and crockery is brand new & matching so you can entertain at home with style.
Utility Room
A small hidden space, there is washing machine, iron, ironing board & laundry basket. A great place to storage luggage and hang coats or store shoes. Keeping the apartment clutter free.
We can also provide baby items such as a crib, stroller, baby bath etc for a small charge if you are travelling with little ones, just ask us upon booking.
Weekly / Ad Hoc cleaning can also be arranged.

The Eixample neighbourhood is one of the most sought after in Barcelona, with its tree lined avenues & Modernist buildings on every street, excellent local amenities, banking facilities and local stores.
With easy access to the airport, train stations & the entire city, some of the best sights and some of the most delightful cafes, bars and restaurants in Barcelona there really is no better location from which to explore, Its where locals want to live!
Set out in a grid like pattern Eixample is divided into two parts separated by Passage de Gracia in the middle. Eixample Derecha & Eixample Izquierda (left and right) Homes are large and spacious and make the most of the space, with often street to interior layouts.
There is plenty to see and do in Eixample and its a nice retreat after a full day of sightseeing and less busy than that of the central locations.

– The apartment is on the third floor with no lift access, the stairs are wide with a handrail & well kept, but may not be suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
About the location
You cannot visit Barcelona without spending time in Eixample! L’Eixample, which means “the extension” in Catalan, is the upper part of Barcelona city center, and a complete opposite to the lower part, Ciutat Vella. While Ciutat Vella is filled with small curvy, narrow claustrophobic streets. Eixample neighborhood is a perfect grid of large boulevards surrounding building blocks of the exact same size. This means that there are modern spacious APARTMENTS. Many of the buildings in this area of the famous Catalan Modernist style. It has the highest concentration of Modernist buildings in the world. Eixample is also home to the famous shopping street PASSEIG DE GRÀCIA, which is filled with designer boutiques, fancy restaurants, and modern bars.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
