This luxury studio is located in the absolute heart of the city center, right on Ermou street, the main shopping street of Athens, on the 6th floor, 1 min walk to Syntagma square, 2 min walk to Monastiraki! From your bed you can see the Acropolis! It was just renovated (Oct18) and is a cozy nest next to everything, 450 meters from the Acropolis. Syntagma is the central square of Athens where the ultra luxury Athenian hotels are located. This neighborhood is the safest and most central in town.The spaceYou can just walk anywhere from the location of the house, it is at the absolute center and next to everything!Also works perfectly for families, as the parents can sleep on one bed and the kids on the sofa bed!The apartment is at the 6th floor of the building.The refurbishment just finished on October 2018, and the amenities include:-a large bathroom with a nice spacious shower and a built shower seat, luxuriously equipped with Villeroy & Boch bathware- one king size bed with an amazing mattress, 33cm thick with Memory Foam that adjusts to your weight-a sofa bed that turns into a king size bed as well with a very comfortable mattress - Good Wifi of course :)-a 40" TV with NETFLIX so that you can watch TV/movies/series/documentaries- A huge Air Conditioning machine of 24000btu for both heating and cooling, to keep you always at your favourite temperature- a well equipped kitchen, mini bar, microwave, 2 kitchen hobs for cooking etc-a brand new Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, boiler etc-lots of lighting options-a washing+drying machine for your clothes-Very large closets for your clothes, empty for guests with hangers etc-hair dryer-always fresh Egyptian cotton bedsheets and towels-a kitchen table/desk where you can workThere is a large supermarket at a 1 min distance from the house on Petraki streetThe location is the safest in Athens.There are also two more Airbnbs in the building, so in case you are a bigger group let me know and we can arrange it with our neighbors.The access from the airport is very very easy.You can take the metro or bus straight to Syntagma station and walk for 2 mins from there!All metro lines are very close.Syntagma station has both red and blue line.Monastiraki has green and blue line.But as I mentioned you can just walk anywhere.All the historical center of the city is where the house is.The neighborhood is very nice and vibrant and is for Athenians the essence of what this city really is.There are many very nice places to eat around the house, some of which are the most traditional hidden old Athenian taverns, as well as many amazing bars of the historical center where all Athenians go out at night.All these are almost right outside the house, off Ermou street.I will of course share all my tips for the city and the neighborhood with you, including sights, places for food, drink, shopping, swimming, other neighborhoods to visit and everything :)And I will surely always be available if you have any questions at all or if you need anything!Guest accessThe guests have full access to the house and its amenities.Registration Details00000013228

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation for free within 30 days before moving.
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent. The service fee is always refundable. If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee. After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
