Our spacious, fully equipped 4-bedroom Villa is located on a scenic hillside in Albufeira, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the Marina and surrounding landscape. Set in a peaceful area away from busy tourist zones, yet close to beaches and restaurants, it provides the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Villa Casa Verde is an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, and longer stays.
The space
Our spacious three-level Villa Casa Verde, approximately 350 m² in size, offers breathtaking panoramic views over the marina and the surrounding protected hills, creating an ideal setting for a relaxing stay.
The villa features 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an additional shower room, making it perfect for families and groups. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for enjoyable dining, while a large living room with cozy sofas, a big Smart TV, and a dining area creates the perfect space for relaxing and spending time together. Private parking for 2 cars is available for guests.
On the lower level, you will find a game room with table tennis, a cozy lounge area, and a bar corner. The lounge offers direct access to the pool area.
The property also includes a private swimming pool, a BBQ area, and a beautifully landscaped garden, ideal for outdoor living. The small and charming Slab Cliffs Beach is located just 400 meters away.

Guests can enjoy a spacious and fully equipped villa designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable holidays with family or friends.
• The villa offers 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 6 single beds in total, and 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm and 140x200 cm), providing comfortable accommodation for larger groups. For families with children, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs, and safety gates for the stairs are available.
• The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher and 2 coffee machines - one for bean coffee and one espresso machine. There is also a washing machine and enough cookware and tableware for up to 10 guests.
• The villa features 2 Smart TVs 65” with free Netflix, YouTube Premium, Amazon TV, and more, as well as a music center and a comfortable living room with a cozy library area.
• High-speed Wi-Fi up to 1 Gbps.
• There are 3 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, ensuring convenience for all guests. Each guest is provided with 3 towels, fresh bed linen, as well as shower essentials including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.
• All bedrooms have large terraces with outdoor dining areas. Additional dining spaces are available on the terraces, in the living room, and in the BBQ area with a grill, perfect for outdoor meals and evening gatherings.
• Guests can also enjoy a private swimming pool (10x5 m, up to 3 meters deep), sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a table tennis area, and a dedicated workspace for remote work or study.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation for free within 14 days before moving.
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent. The service fee is always refundable. If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee. After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
