Falésia Beach Cozy Apartment with Terrace & 2 Swimming Pools is located in the heart of tourists’ favorite south coast resort in Portugal - Albufeira, within walking distance (15 km) to the famous Falésia Beach (Top 5 Beautiful Beaches in the World). Being part of the famous Aldeia das Açoteias complex, our apartment is a perfect getaway for couples and solo tourists. Our complex is located in a pine forest surrounded by centuries-old pine trees, which makes the air and atmosphere comfortable and relaxing for your holiday. The whole complex is located close to the beach, tourist attractions, and city infrastructure, making it an ideal location for short- and long-term holidays at any time of the year.
The brand new, fully furnished apartment (studio) is a modern design in a minimalist style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for each guest. Focusing on your comfort, the 31 m2 large apartment is an excellent fit to accommodate 2 people. The configuration of the apartment is as follows: cozy sleeping area with a full-size bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables; a living zone with a Smart TV Panasonic LED - 55’’ (YouTube, Netflix, and 160 satellite channels free for our guests); a bathroom with a shower and washing machine; a fully equipped kitchen, and a sunny panoramic terrace with a dining area. Our apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, fridge, water kettle, coffee machine, hot water, etc. Our apartment is equipped with an air conditioner, which can be used for both cooling and heating.
What is available to the guests:
Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, and Wi-Fi is free for our guests. Tea, coffee, and kitchen spices are available for our guests’ use in the apartment. We provide each guest with linens and a set of towels for use in the apartment, at the pool, and on the beach. Showers and toilets are also available in the pool area for our guests. Guests of our apartment have access to both swimming pools for adults (depth up to 160 cm) and kids (depth up to 50 cm) from 07:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. Sun loungers and beach towels are also free of charge for our guests. Our guests also have access to outdoor exercise equipment in the pine alley.
Parking:
Ample free public car parking is available on site (subject to availability).
Check-in:
Registration of our guests is online. Check-in is independent. Guests receive detailed check-in instructions by email and phone 1 day prior to arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. If you have a need for early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with this.
Health and Safety:
Our team is strictly concerned about the health and security of our guests! We use professional standards of cleaning and hygiene in our apartment for our guests. For your safety, guests can use masks and antiseptics which are available in the apartment. The first aid kit in the apartment is equipped with a thermometer and all the necessities.

Aldeia das Açoteias complex is situated in one of the most beautiful and comfortable locations in Albufeira - Olhos de Água. The extraordinary beauty of Falésia Beach (15 km distance, one of the top 5 most beautiful beaches in the world) and its centuries-old pine forests and clean air will be the highlight of your trip. An abundance of local restaurants and cafes within walking distance will make your holiday comfortable and unforgettable. Our apartment is within walking distance (300 m) from supermarkets, bars, and various services too. Distance to Albufeira town center is 8 km, Vilamoura 5 km (walk or bike) or 11 km (car). Albufeira is famous for its wide variety of seafood restaurants and fish markets. For sightseeing lovers, there is the Sacre de Albufeira Museum, Santana Church, and the Municipal Museum of Archeology. For those who prefer shopping, there is a shopping street and a mall reachable by car (12 km). There are plenty of other activities for active tourists such as Kayak and SUP Caves Tours; Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course in Vilamoura, considered one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal; and kids’ favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, all three places are about 20-25 minutes away by car. For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating, and so on, there are many opportunities in the Marina of Vilamoura (5 km walk or bike, or 11 km by car) or Marina of Albufeira (13 km).
Transfer & Transport:
If you need a transfer, you can write to us in advance and our partners will give you the best price. Faro Airport is situated 30 km from our location, which shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic. The nearest bus stop is 300 m away. The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car. If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our car rental partners - they can meet you at Faro Airport and provide you with the best options.
Rules of Residence:
Please keep quiet from 10:00 p.m. till 07:00 a.m. and respect other residents’ peace. Swimming pool opening hours are from 07:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. Not for parties. Not for smokers. Please follow these rules of our complex. Deposit of 299 euros, which is returned to the guest after the holiday.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
