Rent a private fully equipped room in a shared apartment. Almost every of our co-sharing apartments is designed to be shared among two persons with no access to any third person in the apartment.

The two residents will enjoy privacy on their fully equipped rooms, and they will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom.

We have a same gender policy on every co-sharing apartment unless the residents know each other

1. Every apartment has installed video entrance, so all tenants can see who is in the main entrance of the building before giving access.

2. Every apartment has installed high - end safety doors with uncopiable keys.

3. Every apartment and room have installed a high-end eco-friendly independent DAIKIN air conditioning units for personalized heating and cooling.

4. Access to the main entrance of the building is obtained only via uncopiable RFID tag system.

5. CCTV system is monitoring 24/7/365 all public spaces of the building and all the outside perimeter of the building.

6. A free to use laundry space with BOSCH washing machines and dryers is available for use from all residents.

7. Most apartments have balconies with relaxing views into the city and the mountains. From the second level and above the terraces are vast and equipped with complete outdoor furniture sets (outdoor lounge set, outdoor dining table)

8. All the apartments have premium insulated windows and aluminum balcony doors for safety, energy efficiency and stable temperature inside the apartment.

9. All the apartments have small fire extinguishers in the kitchen.

10. We offer 24/7/365 apartment repairs service from our specialized
personnel. For any damage or issue that is not caused by the resident, we will take over the cost with no extra charges for the tenant.

11. A room cleaning service upon request is available with a small additional fee.

12. Our building follows all the disinfection and safety protocols of the Greek government.

13.Our team takes care of the building consistently to make sure that all public and private spaces remain always functional, clean, safe, and well maintained.

14. Residents will be given a personal phone number of the accommodation manager who is living near-by and he is always available for any issue, help or question.

15. We are always trying to make our residents feel like a family and we are building our community through various events such as actions to take care of the neighborhood or small gatherings in the terrace of the building.

16. Our accommodation manager is always present to every new move-in. We always make sure to help with carrying any luggage, showing around the building and the neighborhood to every new guest. We keep contact with the new tenants during the first days to make sure that everything is okay with the apartment and to ensure that they are feeling comfortable with their space and co-sharing mate.

The building is located on a sunny, quiet pedestrian’s street in Aigaleo Athens. Close to main road arteries and just 750m from Aigaleo Metro station. A metro station that provides the residents of the area with direct access to almost any part of Athens. Multiple bus stop are located withing 200m distance from the
building. Access to the center of Aigaleo is easily walkable ( 500m ) with a large variety of commercial shops, supermarkets, bookstores etc.

Aigaleo is situated 4 km west of Athens city center It is a vibrant part of the city with many clubs, bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

The University Of West Attica is located in Aigaleo being the main factor of a huge growth in this part of the city because of the existence of thousands of students. This creates a unique atmosphere in Aigaleo which never really sleeps and always has unique experiences to offer.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
