The main one is a double bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom, which includes a hairdryer. This room also has a large double closet with hangers and a work desk. It faces the light patio, which ensures peace of mind.The other two rooms, although smaller, are functional and comfortable. Both have fitted wardrobes and double beds. In one of them, the bed is a Brimnes model from IKEA, which allows it to be used as a double or single bed, offering flexibility of space. One of these rooms also has a desk. Both are facing the light patio and do not have individual air conditioning.The second bathroom of the home, located near the rooms, is complete and equipped with all necessary. It will be used by the occupants of the two additional rooms and by the guests.It is important to note that this home cannot be used for tourist purposes. The rental is intended exclusively for seasonal leases longer than 11 days, under a temporary rental agreement. No other use by the owners is allowed or authorized, use for tourist purposes is not allowed. To access the house, a seasonal lease must be signed, ensuring a quiet and extended stay.Terms of the Lease Agreement:1. Purpose of the Stay: The property is rented exclusively for temporary accommodation for reasons other than tourist and not as permanent residence.2. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Sublet or assignment of the contract is prohibited without written consent.3. Restrictions: Tenant agrees not to engage in illegal or disruptive activities on the property. Community Standards must be respected.4. Payment: Rent is paid in advance, as stated in the reservation details and through the Airbnb platform.5. Maintenance and Condition: The property is delivered in good order. At the end of the stay, the tenant must return it in the same condition, except for normal wear. Any damage must be repaired by the tenant.6. Termination: Upon expiration of the contract, the tenant must vacate the property. Departure delays will have a penalty equal to twice the daily proportional rent.7. Data Protection: The personal data provided will be managed according to the applicable legal requirements for the performance of the contract.A draft of the full contract can be sent by email to whoever requests it. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms as part of the booking agreement.Guest accessIt offers the possibility of renting a garage square in a building just 110 meters from the house or approximately 2 minutes walk. The square is in a modern residential building and on its first basement floor. It has an additional cost of €15/day and availability should be consulted in advance.We do not offer additional services such as breakfast or extra cleaning during the lease period as this is a seasonal rental.The only common areas of the building available are the entrance landing, the stairs and the elevator. Access to the rooftop or 'rooftop' is prohibited. Conversely, the home is leased full.Other things to noteThe property must be rented exclusively under the Temporary Rent Agreement regime and categorized as "Rent Agreement for Different Use of Housing" in accordance with Article 3 of Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Rentals. The minimum duration of these contracts is set to be greater than or equal to 11 days. No other use by the owners is allowed or authorized. Leasing is not allowed for tourist purposes.
