Design 2-bedroom apartment, with privileged location in Malvarrosa beach and only 5 min. walk to the Patacona beach. Featuring all modern comforts: elevator, air conditioning / heating, dishwasher, Fiber Optic 600 MB WiFi. Surrounded by restaurants and very well connected to the city center by public transport. Newly renovated and decorated with attention to details, has everything that couples, business travelers or a family would need for an enjoyable getaway in the beach area of Valencia.
The Space:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator.
It features a spacious living room and dining room, a small interior terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with a lovely balcony overlooking the street) and 2 full bathrooms with shower.
The living room features a sofa, a flat screen TV, and a dining table with four chairs.
The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out or to enjoy TV in the flat screen Smart TV.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, dishwasher, oven / microwave (hybrid), induction hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, juicer, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
You will also find a washing machine and iron in the kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen / living room area there is an interior terrace.
In both bedrooms there is a comfy double bed (150x190) cm to ensure a good night's rest. You will find enough closet space for your clothes and belongings.
One of the bedrooms has a small balcony with street views. The second bedroom features an armchair with a standing lamp nearby the window, where you can relax reading a book.
Both bathrooms feature standing showers. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.
Clean, fresh bed linen and bath towels are also provided.
The high-speed Internet connection (600 MB Fiber Optic) will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to.
The apartment features also air-conditioning split units in living room and bedrooms (hot & cold) to ensure the maximum comfort.
Several bus routes steps from the building to/from Valencia’s city centre (35 min. away).

- No groups of friends can be accepted. This apartment is suitable for professionals, families, or couples.
- As a rental tenant, you are expected to abide by the house rules and treat the apartment, including all equipment, furniture and appliances with care at all times.
- In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24º C in cool mode / 25ºC in heat mode.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the apartment than the number of occupants stated in the booking. In case of doing so you will be charged the supplement per night and person showed at the platform
- Typically, check-in is after 15:00. However, if you plan to arrive earlier, please advice and we will do our best to accommodate your early check-in request.
- Please note that check-in after 20.00 will need to be confirmed in advance and between 20:00 and 23:00, will have a supplement of 20 EUR / between 23:00-09:00, will have a supplement of 30 EUR, to be paid at check-in time.
- The building is home to friendly neighbours, mainly families. In order to secure peaceful living together, I kindly ask you to respect them by keeping the noise volume at a tolerable level within the house. Rest hours are from 23:00 to 9:00.
- Undue noise and unsocial behaviour will be penalized and may result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement and any kind of compensation, regardless of time of day or night.
- Upon your departure the house should be returned in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Kitchen should be cleaned (especially of food debris) and garbage taken out (there are recycling bins near the apartment). In case of breaking his rule, extra cleaning charges may apply (by the extra hour).
- Please turn off the air conditioner, lights and all other electrical appliance(s) every time you leave the apartment.
- It is absolutely prohibited to store bicycles within the apartment or building premises.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Damage to furniture and/or facilities will be charged at an amount equating to the value of the damage.
- If you need me to go to the apartment because you left the keys inside, cost will be 20€ until 20:00; 30€ after 20:00 and 50€ after 23:00. If you locked yourself out and you left the key inside the lock, you will be asked to pay the fee requested to have a locksmith re-open the apartment.
- Please make sure the door is securely closed/locked and that you always maintain possession of the (electronic) key every time you leave the apartment during your stay.
- You will be charged 50€ to replace any lost key of the apartment.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation for free within 30 days before moving.
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
