The building is made with cement and bricks and there aren't inflammable panels and this guarantees more safety to your stay .
In case of a new lockdown, the limits in reaching up to 1 km away from the house, allows to go to the beach. This is a great advantage!
It is located in a charming and historic area of the Canyamelar neighbourhood, which is the historic fishermen district close to the beach. Nearby is the church of Rosario, the theatre, several restaurants of the best Valencian culinary tradition, as well as commercial services (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, Cabanyal market). The picturesque streets display many historic fishermen buildings and are the only ones where Flamenco culture is spontaneously carried on. The area is very quiet, safe and clean. The street underneath is one way, parking free, with little traffic, and quite. This is favourable condition for those who have to study or work from home or have a stressful and busy activity and want to relax at home.
The whole area around is experiencing a fast development and is attracting more and more newcomers so that the offer of nice places to go out, eat and drink is growing. Some of the best restaurants in Valencia are in the area, like historic Casa Montagna, which is few blocks away, top Italian restaurant La Cantinella, traditional Casa Carmela and sophisticated Vels e Vents are nearby too. The beach Las Arenas is 10’ away by foot. As well as the yacht club Juan Carlos I, business school EDEM, and the harbour shipping companies offices. Engineering and IT faculties (Politecnico) are nearby too.
There is an excellent connection to the historical center, the City of Science, the Turia Park and the airport with public transportation (bus, metro and tram) reachable just in few minutes walking.

Diese Wohnung hat eine tiefe Distinktion gehabt. 3 Zimmer Wohnung (1 Doppel, 2 Einzel), A/C, Heizung, 1 Badezimmer mit Dusche, 1 Wohnzimmer und 1 grosse Küche. die Elektrische Geräte sind ganz neue (Washmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, TV, Toaster, Mikrowelle), leicht zu reinigen, Keramikboden, ganz neue Beleuchtung mit led (fur Sparen und geringe Umweltbelastung). Das Gebäude ist auf Zement gemacht und gibt es keine brennbare Verkleidung oder Isolierung. Das garantiert mehr Sicherheit für Ihren Aufenthalt.
In Fall von ein neuen Lockdown und mit der Möglichkeit von bis 1 km weit von zu Hause zu gehen ist es erlaubt die Strand zu erreichen. Das ist ein grosser Vorteil!
Die Strasse hat wenig Verkehr und kein direkt Parkplatz, so dass eine schöne Atmosphäre erhalten bleibt. Es ist eine ruhige Strasse, günstig zu studieren oder fuer die Arbeit von zu Hause. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich im historischer Cabanyal Viertel, beim Rosario Platz, wo die letze Flamenco Tradition von Valencia noch überlebt.
Der Strand Las Arenas und die Marina Real mit seinem Yacht club sind nur 10’ zum Fuss erreichbar. Politecnico Universität und EDEM Business School sind auch in der nahe.
Tram, bus und U-bahn Linie nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss, bringen Sie schnell nach den Turia Park und “Ciudad de las Sciencias” oder nach die Altstadt, und direkt von/nach Flughafen. Alles ist in der nähe: Cabanyal Markt, wo frische Gemüse und Obst zu kaufen, Supermarkt, Baren und Restaurants.
Die Stadt und die EU haben in en letzen Jahren in diese Viertel der Stadt viele Investitionen in den Infrastrukturen gemacht (ca. 30 Mio Euro ingesamt), so dass die Strassen, neuen Fußgängerzonen, Bürgersteige und Gehwege sind sehr nett und sicher.
Die Besitzer sprechen mehrerer Sprachen und sind froh mit zusätzliche Informationen zu helfen.

Abbiamo provveduto a profonda e dettagliata disinfestazione di questo appartamento tricamere. L'appartamento e' dotato di tre camere da letto (1 doppia e 2 singole, di cui una con 1 letto singolo e una con 1 piazza e mezzo), con aria condizionata, riscaldamento, bagno finestrato con ampia doccia, cucina spaziosa, rinnovato, ammobiliato, elettrodomestici nuovi (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, tostapane, forno microonde, forno elettrico), molto pratico e funzionale, facile da pulire, pavimenti in ceramica, luci led di nuova installazione a basso consumo, vetri doppi, condominio tranquillo. L'edificio è costruito in cemento e e mattoni e non sono stati impiegati rivestimento o isolanti infiammabili. Questo garantisce maggiore sicurezza alla Vostra permanenza.
In caso di nuovo lockdown, la limitazione agli spostamenti al massimo a 1 km dall'abitazione consente di recarsi in spiaggia. Questo e' un gran vantaggio in caso di limitazioni agli spostamenti!
Si trova in uno dei più bei quartieri di Valencia e in una via pittoresca che conserva l’atmosfera del quartiere marittimo dei pescatori ed e' l'unico in città a conservare la tradizione Flamenca. La Calle del Rosario antistante e’ a senso unico, ha poco traffico, nessun parcheggio ed e’ generalmente silenziosa. Per questo e’ un contesto favorevole per chi studia o lavora da casa, o semplicemente preferisce abitare in una zona tranquilla.
La zona sta vivendo un grande sviluppo proprio grazie alla tipicità della sua architettura e al carattere rilassante che la distingue, quasi un villaggio in città. L’offerta di locali e gastronomia e’ ampia, variegata e di ottima qualità. Alcuni tra i migliori ristoranti di Valencia, come lo storico Casa Montana e’ a due passi, mentre i rinomati La Catinella (cucina Napoletana), Casa Carmela (di tradizione Valenzana) il moderno Vels e Vents dalla vista mozzafiato sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.
La vicinanza alla spiaggia Las Arenas (10’ a piedi), alla marina Juan Carlos I e al politecnico, cosi’ come alla scuola d’imprenditoria EDEM, rendono questo appartamento interessante per docenti, studenti e funzionari della Marina e del Porto.
I mezzi pubblici -metro, tram e bus - per andare al parco del Turia, alla Città delle Scienze, al Centro Storico e all’aeroporto sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi.

Piso de 3 habitaciones, con aire acondicionado, calefacción, cuarto de bano con ducha grande, reformado, amueblado, amplia cocina con electrodomésticos nuevos (TV, lavadora, lavavajillas, tostadora, microondas), muy funcional, fácil de limpiar, con suelos e gres, iluminación a led nueva (bajo consumo y reducido impacto ambiental), cristales dobles (Climalit), en edificio muy tranquilo y situado en una zona histórica y encantadora del barrio Canyamelar. La finca es construida con cimento y ladrillo y no tiene pañales o insolaciones inflamables y esto confiere más seguridad a su estancia.
Muy cerca hay la iglesia del Rosario, el teatro, varios restaurantes de la mejor tradición culinaria Valenciana, el histórico Casa Montana esta’ a unos minutos andando, y a los excelentes La Cantinella (cocina Napolitana), Casa Carmela de tradición Valenciana, el moderno Vels e Vents de cara al mar se llega en un agradable paseo a pie’. Los servicios comerciales (panadería, farmacia, supermercado mercadean y Consum, mercado del Cabanyal) se encuentran todos en la cercanía.
La playa esta’ a 10’ minutos andando, así como la escuela empresarial EDEM, la Marina Juan Carlos I y las empresas del puerto. El Politécnico y las Facultades de Informática están también muy cerca. La calle, de único sentido, tiene muy poco trafico, tiene muchos edificios de estilo marinero muy bien preservados y la zona es muy tranquila, segura y limpia. Es una zona que favorece el estudio y concentración para quien trabaja desde casa.
Hay excelente conexión al centro histórico y a la Ciudad de las Ciencias con transporte publico (bus, metro y tram) a pocos minutos a pie’.

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
