You'll love to stay in this comfortable one bedroom apartment with a big balcony and the sea view.
It's located in the small town Okrug on island Ciovo, connected to the mainland with two bridges.
You can enjoy pool for free, shared only with guests of our other two apartments.
Apartment is located the 2nd floor of a private house and beach is just 2 min walking from it.
Apartment itself is comfortable with large 10m2 balcony with the sea view.
Balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner with a nice view to the sea and islands.
Living room has an LCD TV with satellite channels, air-condition unit and cozy sofa sleeping two people.
Bedroom has one comfortable double bed.
Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, two electric stoves, microwave, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
You can also use outside fireplace in the yard of the house and large garden shared with guests of our other two apartments.
Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.
Washing machine is in the owners apartment and can be used for free. We can also provide you an iron and ironing board.
You also get a parking spot in the yard of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.
Everything Okrug has to offer is within just few minutes walking from the apartment – beautiful beach, restaurants, caffe bars…
Baby cot and baby high chair can also be arranged free of charge, please ask in advance.

**** House rules:
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony and outside area of the house.
It’s also not suitable for pets, sorry.
We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.
Except that - just enjoy your stay here!
Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
**** Guest access:
You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.
Outside fireplace in the yard of the house is free too use and is shared with guests of other two apartments.
You will get a free parking spot in the yard of the house.
**** The Neighbourhood:
Okrug is located along the beautiful circular bay on the west side of the island Ciovo, connected to the mainland with two bridges and just 2 km from the medieval town Trogir.
A wonderful panorama view of the archipelago, islands of Solta, Drvenik Large and Drvenik Small gives special charm to Okrug.
The main attraction of Okrug is 2 km long beautiful pebble beach named Copacabana.
There’s also a promenade across other beaches that stretches all the way to the tip of the island.
Along the promenade on local stands you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, beverages, food and all little things needed to enjoy the beach time.
During the day you can enjoy crazy rides with a jet sky, parasailing, windsurfing or waterbike and if you rent a boat you can explore the surrounding islands Fumija, Kraljevac, Solta, Hvar, Brac ...
With rented scooter or bike you can explore the interior of the island of Ciovo such as an old village Žedno at the very top of the island or simply enjoy the beautiful view of middle Adriatic islands.
Numerous restaurants in Okrug offer a wide choice of different kinds of food - from the excellent pizzas to the fresh seafood delicacies.
Evenings are full of fun and dance. You can choose between different live music for all tastes and generations. You can sing along with Dalmatian choir (Klape) or can dance to the fast pace of modern music.

Bus station is 500m away.
Split Airport is just 8 km from the apartment.
Regular boat departs every 30 minutes from the Okrug to the nearby town Trogir (2 km away).
Large supermarket, small markets, post office, medical clinic, pharmacy, ATM and currency exchange shops and all within walking distance from the apartment.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the reservation for free within 14 days before moving.
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
