This is a female-friendly, clean, and comfortable home..

■Your Space -
You'll have your own private, fully furnished bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet.
The room is approximately 12 sqm, including the closet area.

Each bedroom is designed for single occupancy to ensure comfort and privacy.

The living room, kitchen, bathroom (with a bathtub!), and toilet are shared.

I am currently preparing to list a second private bedroom in the same apartment (now under review). If both rooms are available at the same time, two friends can stay together — each enjoying their own private room while sharing the common areas.


■ Host -
I am a friendly Japanese woman in her late 40s who previously lived in the U.S., so I am fluent in English.
I recently moved into this brand-new condo (Built in 2025)and thoughtfully set up the space with comfort and functionality in mind. Everything — from the furniture to the appliances — is brand new.

While I normally live in one of the three bedrooms and work remotely, there may be periods when I travel or stay in Fukuoka for a few weeks. During those times, guests can enjoy a more private and relaxed atmosphere, with access to the entire common areas of the apartment.

When I am away, I plan to keep my bedroom next to the living room open as much as possible, so the living space feels larger and more connected — offering an experience closer to having the whole property to yourself.

You’ll be sharing the home with me (the host) and one other female housemate, making a small and cozy household of three. This space is best suited for someone who enjoys light daily communication, occasional shared moments, and a friendly atmosphere rather than complete isolation.
