Rental Terms and Conditions:
1.-Payments and Deposits:
Rent must be paid between the 1st and 5th of each month.
A monthly estimated amount will be charged for utilities (water and electricity).
If actual consumption exceeds the estimate, the tenant must pay the difference.
If consumption is lower, the difference will be deducted from the following month’s invoice (upon presentation of bills).
The security deposit will be equivalent to the highest monthly rent during the rental period, with a minimum of €1,100.
In case of early termination by the tenant, or in case of rule violation, a penalty equal to the highest monthly rent will apply, with a minimum of €1,100.
2.-Services Included:
Internet: included in the rental price.
Bed linen and towels: included (must be returned in good condition, without tears or permanent stains).
3.-Cleaning Fee:
A mandatory cleaning fee will be charged before the start of the stay.
This includes:
Final cleaning of the apartment.
Laundry (washing of sheets and towels).
Rental of bed linen and towels during the stay.
If the property is left in very poor condition and the fee is insufficient, the difference will be charged.
4.-Registration and Contract:
All guests must register at the start of the rental.
All adults must sign the lease agreement.
For minors, parents or guardians will be responsible.
It is not allowed to host people not listed in the contract.
5.-House Rules:
Tenants must respect community rules:
No noise at night.
Do not disturb neighbors.
In case of misbehavior or complaints from neighbors/police, the landlord may evict the tenant.
6.-Prohibited:

2.-Servicios Incluidos:

Sábanas y toallas: incluidas (deberán entregarse en buen estado a la salida, sin roturas ni manchas permanentes).
3.-Tarifa de Limpieza:
Antes del inicio de la estancia, se cobrará una tarifa de limpieza obligatoria.
Esta tarifa incluye:
Limpieza final del apartamento.
Lavandería (lavado de sábanas y toallas).
Alquiler de la ropa de cama y toallas durante el período de ocupación.
Si el alojamiento se deja en muy mal estado y el importe resulta insuficiente, se cobrará la diferencia.
4.-Registro y Contrato:
Todos los huéspedes deberán registrarse al inicio del alquiler.
Todos los adultos deberán firmar el contrato de arrendamiento.
En el caso de menores, sus padres o tutores serán responsables.
No está permitido alojar a personas que no figuren en el contrato.
5.-Normas de Convivencia:
Es condición esencial cumplir con las normas de la comunidad de vecinos:
No hacer ruido por la noche.
No molestar a los vecinos.
En caso de mal comportamiento o de quejas de vecinos/policía, el arrendador podrá expulsar al inquilino del alojamiento.
6.-Prohibiciones:

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
