Located in a quiet street in the financial area of the city, it is surrounded by the best restaurants, tapas bars, and shops in the city. We have prepared our apartment to make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience. This spacious, quiet, and bright 1-bedroom apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay in it fantastic. Our spacious living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed for two people that opens very easily. The sofa is a three-seater and is accompanied by an armchair. We have prepared a table for 4 people next to the kitchen so that breakfasts and meals are more comfortable and very pleasant. The television is Smart TV. It also has free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
The building does not have common areas that can be used by guests. It is only worth remembering that it is a building without an elevator and that our apartment is on the second floor. The terrace of the building is communal and can be used to hang clothes.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is located on Calle Correduría in Seville, a street that connects Alameda de Hércules and the popular Calle Feria. Very close to the famous Feria market, a meeting place for the inhabitants of the neighborhood, and a place where you can buy fresh and exquisite products. It is also 5 minutes from the main shops of the city, and the golden mile of Seville. In it, you will find all the most important and significant stores that are in the city. It is the Shopping Area of the Historic Center of the city.
Located in the most residential area of the city, in the authentic Feria neighborhood, but it is also 15 minutes from the cathedral, Alcázar, City Hall, Iglesia del Salvador, and 5 minutes from Plaza de la Encarnación and many other monuments of the city that you can visit on foot without much effort.
The Feria street market and supermarkets are open 7 days a week, and the restaurants with the best ratings are in the area, so your stay in our apartment will be very comfortable. Its perfect connection to the train station and airport is the icing on the cake of its excellent location.
HOW TO MOVE
The apartment is ideal for getting around on foot. If you come to Seville by car, we recommend that you contact us so that we can find one of the car parks that we have available in the city.
The cheapest and best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. You must take the Special Airport line (EA) right at the stop that you will see when you leave the Arrival door. The duration is 15 min. Approximately. The ticket price is €4.00. The frequency is 23 minutes and it is operating from 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. You must get off at the 'Santa Justa Station' stop. There you have to take bus number 32, in the direction of Plaza del Duque, and get off at the 'Plaza del Duque' stop. The duration is 15 min. approx. The ticket price is €1.40. Afterward, you must walk for 5 min. Up to the apartment.
The taxi is more comfortable, but it is a little more expensive (around €24-30). A rate is established for trips from the airport to any place in the city of Seville, from Monday to Friday €22, and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays €24.50. They can charge luggage accessories although it is not usual.

While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
