The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room with kitchenette and a small balcony. The house is ideal for both business stays and short holidays thanks to its location in an area full of services and well connected to the city centre. The metro line B, stop Bologna is only 230 m from the flat and with this line you can reach all the main tourist sights in a few minutes. Roma Tiburtina, the capital's second railway station can be reached on foot from the flat in only 16 minutes.
In this neighbourhood there is no lack of opportunities for recreation, culture, artistic stimulation and intercultural exchange. The central square of this area is characterised by a circular shape on which streets converge, such as Viale delle Province leading to the Tiburtina Station or Viale XXI Aprile, where the general head(hidden) of the Guardia di Finanza and the Nomentano neighbourhood are located, while on the opposite side of the square is the 'Policlinico Umberto I' next to the 'Sapienza' university campus.

Interior Description
The apartment is on the ground floor but it is as if it where on a 1st floor and has an internal view and consists of two bedrooms a living room with a kitchenette and a balcony and a bathroom. Entering the house there is a small entrance hall, on the left there is the sleeping area with the one bedroom and on the right there is the second bedroom and living room with the kitchenette and the bathroom. The building has a doorman.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
Bedrooms
One of the bedrooms has a double bed (160cm x 200cm), two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a desk with its chair. the second bedroom has two single beds (80cm x 200cm), two bedside tables, a small wardrobe and a desk with its chair.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has sanitary facilities and a shower cabin. In the hallway before entering the bathroom there is a washing machine and refrigerator.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a kitchenette in the living room and is complete with a stove, oven, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery for six people. Adjacent to the kitchenette is a small hallway before entering the bathroom where there is a refridgerator and washing machine.
Sitting Room
The living room has a sofa bed, television corner, an armchair and a dining table with four chairs. Bookcases, lamps, mirrors and pictures complete the living room furniture. From the living room there is access to the balcony.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
