REACH OUT to me for an INDIVIDUAL PRICE, when staying 20 days and more (when staying over 30 days, discounts are automatically set in the system based on how many days are you staying).

Late check out is possible only, when nobody else is checking in the next day as it takes at least 4-5 hours to clean the flat.
There is no a self check in possible, so in case of very late arrival (after 8pm), please reach out to me to discuss, if it is possible.

The price is calculated for up to max. 2 people. Possible is only short term stay for 3th person (on sofa-bed) only after confirmation and with agreed surcharge!!!!!
Longer stays are possible by me extending your first reservation, if there is no problem and the flat is taken care of well. Message me, if you'd like to book the flat for a longer period as I can make it also a bit cheaper for you.

The apartment is located on the first floor (meaning 2nd above ground, not a ground floor!!). Fully furnished, quiet, with WiFi. It has one bedroom with double bed, huge wardrobe and a desk with chair. It has a vacuum cleaner and all the stuff needed to clean the flat or to do your laundry - washing machine, iron, clothes drying racks (but no dryer is available).

The second room is a living room with a kitchen. There is a sofa-bed, smart TV available. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things you might need while cooking with high quality built-in home appliances (oven, microwave with grill, hotplates with hob, Bosch Perfect Dry dishwasher). There is also automatic coffee machine, so you can make yourself a cup of fresh coffee or nice cappuccino during the day.

From living room + kitchen you can step out to a spacious balcony with table and comfortable chairs. It is located to a very quiet and sunny courtyard.

In case you might need parking for your car, we have also a parking place located at -1 level - free of charge. So you don´t have to pay for parking or deal with searching for a parking spot on the streets for a long time.

There are many stores near by - two Tesco express stores are 3 minutes away and there are also many grocery stores right around the corner. Also Lidl is not far away (6 minute walk). Form factory gym is also few minutes away from the flat (next to Lidl) with many other possible locations. There are also lot of parks around this are like Grebovka, Folimanka or Jezerka.

Tram stop is approx. 4-5 minutes from the flat (Nám. Br. Synků in direction to city center or Horky in direction to Michle or the south part of Prague) with lines n. 11,14,18, bus 193 and 6,7,24 from station Otakarova. So you can get to city center very easily in 20 minutes. You could also walk as the city center is in walking distance, that would take you around 30-60 minutes depending on your pace and the route you take. Also close from the flat (around 7 minutes) are also lines of bus 124, 139, 188, 196. The apartment is only 4 minutes away from newly reconstructed Nadrazi Vrsovice (train station), so you can also catch a train to the city center - the train ride takes 4 minutes to Prague Main Station or in other direction to the south Bohemia with direct trains to Cesky Krumluv. I highly recommend using the train as it is very convient and a lot faster if you are going to the city center (if you buy a daily public trasport ticket or 3 day ticket, you can also take a train with it within Prague). There is a train going to Hlavni nadrazi very often during the day.

Vysehrad is very close - you can get there in 20-30 minutes. Vysehrad metro station, which is 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Please before you make a reservation, be aware that it is expected, that you take care of the flat (e.g. clean it) so it stays in good condition. Also the flat should be handed over in the state you got it upon your arrival - that means that it is clean. If you are not able to maintain the flat in good shape, please consider other offers. I am writing this only, because I have already experienced people, that would not clean literally anything during their stay and feel okay handing the apartment to me with chunks of dust everywhere, shower covered with limescale (tiles, glass) or full fridge with food covered in mould. Also please be aware that, if you damage something in the flat, you have to cover the cost to repair the damage or replace the item (even if partially).

You can cancel the reservation for free within 7 days before moving.

Backup accommodation

If you cancel your reservation 7 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your reservation less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
