Fantastic executive apartment located in the center of Porto. Close to the Trindade metro terminal, it is just a few meters from Avenida Aliados and the city's most iconic points.

The apartment is fully equipped (including washing machine), air conditioning), with high speed Internet (100 Mbps), offers the opportunity to rest and discover our beautiful city in the most convenient location.

The apartment is part of a new building with one apartment per floor and is located on the first floor, easily accessible by stairs or elevator. It has a kitchen, a bright living room with a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a closet that functions as a small office. The bedroom, facing the back of the building, is quiet, with blinds allowing total black-out, is equipped with a double bed and has access to a small balcony with. The apartment has air conditioning

Here, you will have all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Furthermore, the location is wonderful, just a 5-minute walk from Trindade metro station or Faria Guimarães station, with a bus stop close to the door. The area offers a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, pastry shops, cafes, etc.

A walk on foot will allow you to discover the city's main tourist attractions, such as Avenida dos Aliados, Estação de S. Bento, Sé, Torre dos Clérigos, Café Majestic, Capela das Almas, Livraria Lello, Palácio de Cristal, Palácio da Bolsa , Rua das Flores, Ribeira, Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça dos Poveiros, Rua de Cedofeita, Praça da República, among others.

To get to the apartment, you can use the metro, with a direct trip from the airport to Trindade station, lasting between 40 and 45 minutes. The metro station is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Another option is to use a taxi or Uber, or even contact us to coordinate a personalized transfer service with a professional driver who will pick you up at the airport.

If you arrive by train or bus, there is also a direct metro connection between Campanhã Station and Trindade Station (approximately 15 minutes).

It is possible to park on the street and in the streets surrounding the apartment. On-street parking is paid during weekdays (limited to 2 or 4 hours depending on the location) from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and on Saturdays from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. During other periods and on Sundays and holidays, parking is free. It is also possible to provide a parking space approximately 100 meters away from the apartment - reservation is required and costs €15/day.

There is also public parking nearby, namely the Siloauto park.

Other things to keep in mind
- "Self-Catered" apartment. All basic items are provided to start your stay, including toiletries (shower gel, shampoo), toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a welcome courtesy. No replacements or replacements are provided. All remaining items must be purchased by the guest.
- Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests defined in the reservation. For stays longer than one week, additional sets will be provided.
- For stays longer than fifteen days, cleaning and linen changes will be provided (generally in the middle of the stay) and are arranged directly with the guest. Additional cleanings will incur the cost of the cleaning fee.

- Check-in time starts from 3pm until 9pm (additional cost of R$25 for check-ins after 9pm) and check-out must be completed by 11am.
- On the day of your arrival, we or a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To organize your arrival, we would appreciate it if you let us know your estimated time of arrival as soon as possible. If you arrive by plane and provide us with your flight number, we will be able to track your arrival.
- A set of keys will be provided at check-in and must be returned at check-out. Loss or damage to the key set may incur additional costs.
- The apartment has air conditioning.
- On Smart TV, only Streaming service APPs (Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV, HBO, etc.) are available and not the respective accounts. Therefore, to be used, guests must use their own accounts.

- The quiet period in Portugal is between 10pm and 8am, and the night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that may disturb neighbors are prohibited.

Cancellation Policy

Strict (30-days)

You can cancel the reservation for free within 30 days before moving.

Backup accommodation

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent. If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent. If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won’t get a refund of the first rent.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On Flatio, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
