The Space

- At the heart of the duplex, the living room is where art and comfort come together. A velvet sofa and a uniquely designed dining table add sophistication to the space, while carefully curated decorative pieces bring personality and warmth. The presence of a painting table highlights the apartment’s connection to its decorator’s artistic expression, offering a true immersion into the creative universe.

- Each bedroom has been designed to provide moments of rest and inspiration.
On the lower floor, a cozy single bedroom (90 cm x 190 cm) stands out for its selection of artistic elements that create an intimate ambiance. As an interior room with no windows, it becomes a warm and inviting retreat.

On the mezzanine, the main bedroom exudes lightness and serenity - an open space where the architecture unfolds in fluid forms. A queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) invites deep relaxation, while a solid wood European-style crib with neoclassical-inspired head and footboards adds a touch of timeless elegance. Due to the architectural design, this bedroom has no doors or full walls, remaining open and seamlessly integrated into the space. In addition, some areas have low ceilings.

- The bathroom balances functionality and aesthetics, featuring vibrant red tiles that echo the kitchen’s color scheme, creating a harmonious and unexpected composition. A rainfall shower adds a touch of luxury, providing a soothing and rejuvenating experience.

- The kitchen, compact yet full of personality, is equipped with a mini-fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker (coffee not included). The red cabinets, contrasted with blue vases and sea-green chairs, create a vibrant and sophisticated color palette that reflects the duplex’s unique character.

- The apartment is split across two floors, with stair access to the upper level.
- No elevator, and reaching the apartment’s entrance also requires climbing stairs.
- The crib is a traditional European wooden model.

Additional Information:

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
