It is possible to park for free on the street in the large car park in front of the Residence.

The 100 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (3 steps to access it).

- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed, Smart TV and dining table;
- LIVABLE KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, electric oven,
microwave oven, various kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed (1.60 m x 1.90 m), "32 inch" Smart TV and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (two single beds that can be joined into a double bed on request) and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM I with shower, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited wifi, two split A/C (ONLY in the corridor), washing machine (in the smaller bathroom), underfloor heating, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, hairdryer.

Guests' access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Please note that the entrance to the apartment is shared with three other units in the condominium.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
It will be possible to enter the apartment starting from 15:00

Description of the area
Vigonza (Vigónsa in Veneto dialect) is an Italian town of 22,008 inhabitants in the province of Padua, in the Veneto region located north-east of the capital.Centre and suburbs: the municipality, partly developed on the Roman grid, borders with the Province of Venice and has seven suburbs: Busa, Codiverno, Peraga, Perarolo, Pionca, San Vito and Vigonza, the latter chief town, which is located along the road state road 515 Noalese, originating from the fusion of the ancient streets coming respectively from Treviso (Via Noalese) and Mestre (Via Miranese) .Busa constitutes a populous new area that can almost be considered the first suburbs of Padua, Pionca and Codiverno are hamlets with a vocation agricultural, Peraga owns the beautiful villa built in 1300 on the remains of the Da Peraga Castle while San Vito is a fraction separated from the rest of the municipal area by the deviation of the Brenta, located a short distance from the center of Noventa Padovana.

We are in the Padova Est area not far from the motorway exit and the suburban bus stop is a few meters away.
The city bus is about 2 km away.
The nearest Busa di Vigonza train station is about 3km away and is very convenient for reaching Padua or Venice: it has free parking.
The structure is convenient for reaching the center of Padua, the Fair, the Hospital, the Gran Teatro Geox, the Euganeo Stadium and the University.
