We are at the heart of the city of Padua, just steps from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio and Prato della Valle, one of the largest squares in Europe.

The apartment, completely renovated and furnished with new furniture, is ideal for those who want to spend a stay in a quiet, elegant, and exclusive place while remaining close to every point of interest in the famous city of Padua.
Our living solution, complete with all the essential appliances and a simple but modern design, will be the ideal place to spend part of your time in the wonderful Padua.

Our apartment is equipped with the latest technologies that will adapt perfectly to your needs.
Inside the Residence you have a patio of 30m2 shared with possible other guests of the Residence. The patio is intended as a place of peace, relaxation, and sharing; where you can read, eat a snack, smoke.

The accommodation consists of an area with a table and two chairs where you can taste your meals, and a double bed in front of which you will find a 43"Smart TV to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite programs; this open space also includes the kitchen where you will find appliances such as toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, etc.

In the bathroom, complete with sanitary ware, sink, and shower, you will find a welcome kit (shampoo, shower foam, and body lotion) and towels of various sizes.

In the basament of the building there is a shared and complete laundry furnished with two washing-machines and a dryer.

The apartment has a beautiful private terrace with a table and chairs that will give you unforgettable moments.

The apartment is cared for down to the smallest detail, equipped with high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and heating. Although it is located in the city center, the apartment is equipped with fixtures that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation, totally isolating the external noises.

You will find centralized VMC ventilation, which is a forced air recirculation system with a room moisture management system and air sanitization up to 99% of the bacteria and viruses in the air.

Outside, you will find a pleasant patio with sofas, armchairs, and tables, where you can spend convivial moments outdoors, relax and/or work from your PC.
The property also has a laundry room: a washer and dryer will be at your disposal to wash and spread your clothes comfortably in a space dedicated only to this.

There will be nothing missing to make your stay special, making you feel at home!

The apartment is located on the first floor of the residence easily accessible by elevator or using the stairs of the condominium.

Instructions will be provided to reach your location after booking, as well as check-in and check-in information.

The external door to access the structure is electrified, so simply enter the code that will be provided and wait for it to open.

Please be careful to avoid pushing the door after entering the door code, as the door will open and close automatically.

Being in the heart of the historic center, the city can be easily turned on foot.
Alternatively, you can rent bicycles and/or electric scooters that you will find both at the train station and in various areas located throughout the center.

Buses and trams are within easy walking distance.
We are a 20-minute walk from Padua train station, but you can more conveniently opt for the tram or bus that will take you from the hotel to the station (and vice versa) in just 8 minutes.

For those who are coming by car there are different parking solution:
- 100m away from the apartment there is a public parking lot with blue stripes with hourly or daily fees.
- at 5 minutes by walk there is also a private parking lot called "Garage Roma", with cameras and 24h service with a agreed upon fees of 15€ per day for our tenant (for longer stays it is possible to bargaing a different deal).

Our residence is located in the ZTL area, so if you travel by car and want to park nearby, contact us and we will give you all the necessary information to be able to provide you with the best and most comfortable solution for you.

Padua is only 40 km from Venice Marco Polo Airport, a city that cannot be missed during your visit and that you can reach in just 20 minutes by train; the other airport near us is Antonio Canova in Treviso (about 50 km), another charming city to see.

The building has a common complete laundry room that may you should share with the other tenants.
inside you will find a washing machine (INDESIT), a washer-dryer (AEG) and a dryer (CANDY).
You will also find an iron, ironing board, ceiling drying racks, at your disposal.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
