Bright and unique apartment with white wooden beams in the old town of Padova with a friendly terrace. In a period building, the accommodation will welcome you in a modern environment, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts.

Located in a strategic position, the property is within walking distance of Piazza Della Frutta, Piazza Dei Signori, and Piazza Delle Erbe, the most beautiful squares that animate the city center.

The space:
The apartment, located on the second floor of a completely renovated building, can accommodate up to five people and is ideal for those who want to spend a few days in a quiet and exclusive place near every point of interest in the famous city of Padova.

Our housing solution, complete with all the appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible, is equipped with the latest technologies that will adapt perfectly to your needs; the design is simple but modern, colorful, and refined.

The apartment is as follows:
- Entry equipped with hangers where you can store your jackets;
- A large open space that includes the kitchen and living room: here you can find all the comforts.
- The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, but also a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. There is also a table with four chairs where you can enjoy your meals.
- The living room is equipped with every comfort: a single half sofa bed, an openable puff that becomes a single bed, a 45” Smart TV that will allow you, by connecting your Netflix account, Amazon Prime, etc., to spend a quiet night watching your favorite shows;
- From the kitchen you can reach your very private and friendly private terrace;
- Bedroom area with maxi double bed, very spacious closet, and particular white wooden exposed beams;
- In the bathroom, you will find: a sink, mirror, bidet, and shower-tub; at your disposal a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion), a hairdryer, and towels of various sizes.

Please note that the utilities are not included and the costs depend on your usage.

The apartment, on the second floor of the building, is characterized by particular exposed beams made of white wood, it is equipped with a high-speed WiFi internet connection, air conditioning, and heating. Although it is located in the city center, the apartment is equipped with fixtures that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation, totally isolating the external noises.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Padua, a city to be discovered, enchanting by day, and surprisingly romantic by night.

- 10 min walk to Scrovegni Chapel
- 14 minutes walk from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio
- 15 minutes walk from the Botanical Garden (the oldest botanical garden in the world

- 15 minutes walk from Prato della Valle (one of the largest squares in Europe!).

Buses and trams are within easy walking distance.
We are an 18-minute walk from the Padua train station, but you can opt more conveniently for the tram or bus that will take you from the station to the vicinity of the property (and vice versa) in just 10 minutes.

Our residence is located in the ZTL area, so if you travel by car and want to park nearby, contact us and we will give you all the information you need to be able to provide you with the best and most comfortable solution for you.

Padua is only 40 km from Venice Marco Polo Airport, a city that cannot be missed during your visit and that you can reach in just 20 minutes by train; the other airport near us is Antonio Canova in Treviso (about 50 km), another charming city to see.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
