Modern mezzanine apartment for 4 people in the heart of Brera, the artists' district and historic center of Milan. This bright apartment consists of a living room with open kitchen and double sofa bed, a bathroom and a double bedroom on the mezzanine and is located on the third floor (with lift) of a period building, in one of the most characteristic streets of the whole Brera. Air conditioning, wifi, TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher among the amenities that make it functional.

Located on the 3rd floor of a building with a lift, the apartment is on two levels with a dining room with an open kitchen and a bathroom on the lower floor and a comfortable bedroom on the upper floor.
Clean lines and light colors make the atmosphere elegant. The room is equipped with a queen-size bed, the kitchen is fully equipped, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 more people, a dining table. The bathroom has a shower cubicle.

Brera is a very central and lively district, home to the Academy of Fine Arts and therefore an artists' district, full of galleries, boutiques, artisan workshops, but also high fashion shops. Adjacent to the center (the Duomo, the Sforzesco Castle and the La Scala theater are all within walking distance), it contrasts with the monumentality of the cathedral area with its narrow streets, characteristic restaurants with outdoor areas and renowned bars and evening clubs. In the evening it is a lively area with trendy clubs, cinemas and theatres. The Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele are 1 km away (12 minute walk), Piazza Castello 600 m (6 minute walk).

You can reach the apartment by bus, subway, train or tram. The apartment is located within Area C, the paid restricted traffic zone, so you have to pay for entry by car on weekdays. You can park on the blue lines for a fee, while the yellow lines are reserved for residents. The Pontaccio car park is located a few meters away.
The nearest metro station is Lanza MM2 (direct connection to all stations: Central Station, Cadorna, Porta Garibaldi and Lambrate), a five-minute walk from the apartment. There are also numerous bus and tram lines nearby: bus 61, 57, tram 2, 12, 14.
From Cadorna station (1 metro stop, 900 meters and 12 minutes on foot) there are fast train connections to Malpensa airport.

This property receives a deep cleaning and complete disinfection after each stay.

BEDROOM
The apartment has an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables and two night lamps.

BATH
The bathroom with contrasting black and white tones, elegant and spacious, is fully equipped with shower, bidet and sink area. Towels, hairdryers and toiletries are provided for our guests

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. In addition to the refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave, it has all the necessary amenities for cooking and a table with 4 chairs.
Nespresso coffee machine with pods and moka will allow you to choose your favorite coffee. Don't forget to try the Italian brand Illy during your stay in Milan.

STAY
In the living room, which serves as a dining area, you will find a comfortable sofa bed that converts into a double bed for two more people.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
The apartment has an air conditioning split located on the ground floor in the living room/kitchen area.
Central heating keeps you warm in the winter months.

Cleaning Fees:
