The flat is in Centrale district, very well served by public transports and only 5 meters from tram stop 5 that allows you to move around Milan easily. In the vicinity there are plenty of supermarkets and bars, as well as a peaceful alley lined with sycamores where you can enjoy relaxing walks.
Some of the services of the area include a Carrefour express supermarket (Via Edolo, 26, 20125, Milano) at 200 meters, the Barni Di Barni Marzio pharmacy (Via Fratelli Lumière, 2, 20127, Milano) at 390 meters, and an Intesa San Paolo spa bank (Viale Lunigiana, 22, 20125 Milano), at 100 meters.

Living room and kitchen
The day area offers plenty of space and is filled with light. There are white walls and dark parquet floors that give the room a welcoming feel together with a great attention to details.
The living room comes with a sofa bed and a functional dining table; in addition, it’s very sunny thanks to the balcony window.
The eat-in kitchen is spacious, features a simple color palette, including gray-tiled flooring, and it comes equipped with everything you need to cook for family and friends.

Bedrooms
The double bedroom is provided with a spacious wardrobe and a balcony window that guarantees plenty of natural light. The guest bedroom comes with a big closet and a pull out bed.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).

Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.

Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.

Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.

Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Questo appartamento si situa in una zona strategica di Milano vicino a Centrale. A soli 5 metri dalla casa si trova la fermata del tram numero 5, semplificando così gli spostamenti in città. Inoltre, in quest’area sono presenti molti locali e supermercati. Si può anche uscire a camminare lungo il viale alberato di splendidi platani molto noti in questo quartiere.

Soggiorno e cucina

Il soggiorno è spazioso ed elegante. Il bianco delle pareti è spezzato dal marrone del parquet e dell’arredamento. Questo contrasto di tonalità valorizza maggiormente i dettagli della casa rendendo l’atmosfera invitante. Sul divano letto e nel tavolo potete godere in serenità di questo ambiente.
Inoltre, la porta finestra diffonde una bellissima luce sull’intero ambiente. Sulla destra della living room, si trova la cucina, un bellissimo ambiente il cui colore dominante è il beige dell’arredamento. Queste tonalità luminose continuano anche nelle piastrelle grigio chiare.

Camere da letto

La stanza matrimoniale è ravvivata dalla luce che entra dalla porta finestra. Inoltre, vi sono presenti il grande armadio e il letto matrimoniale. Anche la stanza singola è luminosa e ci sono l’armadio con il letto a cassetto incorporato. Ambedue le stanze hanno pareti bianche e il pavimento ha il parquet.

Bagno

Il bagno si trova a sinistra della cucina. Sono presenti tutti i sanitari e un comodo box doccia. I colori mantengono lo stile contrastante del resto della casa.

Deposito cauzionale

Orario check-in
L’orario di check-in standard è dalle 15.00 alle 21.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 30€ per il check-in dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 24.00.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
