Conveniently connected to the Bocconi University, the IED, Porta Romana, the Catholic University and the Navigli area. In addition to the subway, other public transport means you can move around easily: tram 24, bus 65, 77, 90, 91, 92, train S9. It is possible to park for free on the street on the white lines. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, pharmacies, post offices, cinemas, restaurants, bars including ice cream shops, traditional trattorias and trendy pubs.

In the Living Area (separate from the kitchen) there is a sofa which can be transformed into a double bed if necessary, a smart TV, a dining table for 4 people.The spacious and bright kitchen is equipped and supplied with all the accessories necessary for cooking: fridge, oven, electric burners, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and crockery. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable queen-size bed, a large wardrobe and a small desk for those who need to work in Smart. The bathroom with window is complete with shower.

In the renewed district of Porta Romana - Lodi you can find exclusive fashion shops, food shops and lively nightlife. Along the busy streets of the area you will find trendy cocktail bars and fine restaurants of international cuisine.
Symbiosis, a creative and evolving area where showrooms, museums, universities, research centres and international destinations such as Fondazione Prada and Talent Garden (a space dedicated to coworking) create the perfect environment to grow.
The Fondazione Prada cultural center, designed by Rem Koolhaas, exhibits contemporary art and screens arthouse films, while the QC Terme di Milano spa, protected by ancient Spanish walls, includes modern Turkish baths.

Upon your arrival you will find:
- Beds ready (with the exception of sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows ready for use will be prepared).
- Towels (one shower towel and one face towel for each guest).
- Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and bags for recycling.

When you are in the apartment, please respect the following simple rules:
- No smoking in the apartment
- All objects in the apartment are at your disposal for the duration of your stay, leave them in their place at end of your stay so that subsequent guests can use them in turn
- All kitchen utensils are at your disposal, after use, please put them clean and dry in their place. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchen area clean and tidy.
- Avoid disturbing noise on the stairs and in the common areas
- Do not turn up the volume of the TV too much after 10 in the evening
- At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment in order
- The apartment is located in a residential condominium. Please respect the silence from 20.00 to 08.00

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, we will show you the apartment and its equipment and we will give you all the directions and information you need.
At check-in, you will be asked for an identity card to proceed with registration.

You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan)

For stays longer than 30 days a contract will be signed and it will be necessary to have an Italian tax code. We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day before at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00.

During your stay we will always be at your disposal for any requests, advice or information on your stay in Milan.
We remind you that since it is an apartment and not a hotel, it is necessary to make arrangements regarding the check-in time.
