The flat is placed in the vicinity of Via Padova, one of the most multi-ethnic streets of Milan, and Piazzale Loreto, only moments from the shopping street Corso Buenos Aires. Walking down Corso Buenos Aires there are the Bastioni di Porta Venezia and the Indro Montanelli park, a breath of fresh air in the middle of the city (Repubblica – Turati – Palestro metro stops are at hand).

In the area, you find the supermarket Pam Milano Costa (Via Padova 22, 50 meters), the pharmacy Bandi (Viale Monza 14, 50 meters), and the local branch of the UBI Bank (Via Padova 21, 250 meters).

Living room and kitchen
Guests are welcomed into a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen corner that comes with all the most useful appliances, such as a cooktop, toaster, water kettle, oven, and a full set of cutlery and crockery.
The living room is completed by a dining table for 4 people and a sofa bed to relax and unwind alone or with your loved ones. White walls and furniture create a nice contrast with the intense green chairs and give life to an elegant, relaxing atmosphere.

Bedroom and bathroom
The corridor leads to the bedroom, which is modernly furnished with a double bed and a big wardrobe and decorated in a soft color scheme The bathroom comes with parquet and ochre walls, and it’s provided with basin, toilet, bidet and a functional shower stall decorated with mosaic tiles. The design clever matches the general theme of the apartment.
The icing on the cake, the apartment comes with a long balcony with plants, overlooking the courtyard and wrapping up the building.

HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).

Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.

Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.

Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.

Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

La struttura che vedete è posizionata all’inizio dei Via Padova, nota per essere una delle vie più multietniche della città. La zona è ben collegata alla fermata di Piazzale Loreto, non molto distante da Corso Buenos Aires con la via dello shopping e dai Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli dove avrete la possibilità di giungere a punti strategici di Milano (Repubblica- Porta Venezia – Turati – Palestro) passeggiando al suo interno.

Soggiorno e Cucina
Questo appartamento vi accoglierà con un ampio soggiorno in cui è presente la cucina fornita di ogni accessorio: dal uno spazioso piano cottura, ad elettrodomestici quali tostapane, bollitore elettrico e forno, mentre un set completo di tazzine e di calici vi consentirà di apparecchiare per i vostri ospiti nell’area pranzo al centro della stanza. All’angolo della living room è presente un comodo divano dove distendersi e ritagliarsi un momento di totale relax. In questo locale prevale il colore bianco, sia delle pareti delle ante, mentre risaltano le sedie verde acceso, creando un’atmosfera piacevole.

Camera e Bagno
Attraversato il corridoio sarete condotti alla camera matrimoniale, la quale si presenta con un letto spazioso e un armadio lungo il completo lato della parete. Come per il soggiorno le tonalità sono chiare, prediligendo uno stile moderno ed asettico. Il bagno posto di fianco alla camera è dotato di tutti i sanitari e presenta un box doccia. Il pavimento è rivestito in parquet chiaro e le pareti sono ocra, rimanendo coerente con il design dell’abitazione.
È presente un ballatoio la cui vista affaccia sul cortile interno della palazzina. Lo spazio esterno lo si può percorrere per tutto il perimetro ed è decorato da piante di diversa specie, rendendo così la vista ancora più piacevole.


REGOLE DELLA CASA
I nostri prezzi comprendono il Servizio Residence con assistenza e includono: IVA (ove prevista ai sensi del D.lgs. 633/72) biancheria da camera e bagno iniziali, utenze (luce e gas entro limiti di utilizzo giornalieri per evitare sprechi), accoglienza del personale (hidden) in appartamento, Internet Wi-fi. Non ci sono spese condominiali o commissioni di agenzia.

Tasse escluse dal prezzo
Per i soggiorni pari o superiori alle 30 notti al momento del check-in verrà stipulato un contratto di locazione transitorio, per la cui registrazione è previsto il pagamento di una imposta di bollo (pari a 32€) e di un'imposta di registro (pari al 2% del canone di locazione con un minimo di 67€), solo la metà di tale importo è a carico dell'ospite. Esenzioni previste in caso di applicazione del regime di cedolare secca, nei casi indicati dalla legge.

Al momento del check-in è necessario esibire, oltre al documento d'identità, il codice fiscale. Se ne sei sprovvisto potrai richiederlo presso l'ufficio dell'Agenzia delle entrate o al Consolato del tuo paese più vicino (maggiori informazioni: (hidden))

Deposito cauzionale
Le ricordiamo che al momento del check-in le verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale, che dovrà essere versato tramite carta di credito; verrà restituito entro 72 ore lavorative dal giorno del check-out.

Orario check-in
L’orario di check-in standard è dalle 15.00 alle 21.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 30€ per il check-in dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 24.00.

Si ricorda che, al fine di evitare gli sprechi, le utenze sono incluse fino ad un importo massimo giornaliero, al fine di evitare gli sprechi e tutelare l'ambiente.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?

All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.

What is a medium-term rent?

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.

How can I pay?

On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
