“Dergano Suites Milano” offers a modern and new studio apartment with an exclusive and welcoming design. This 35 sq m suite is equipped with every comfort and accessory to make your stay in Milan peaceful and relaxing. The apartment has been created from the skillful restoration of an old Milanese building located in a bright and quiet internal courtyard.
The suite consists of an open space day/night area where you will find, as shown in the photos:

A corner kitchen complete with table and two chairs
A walk-in closet
A bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, and shower

Our suites are located in the "Dergano Area" of Milan City, a simple and dynamic neighborhood inhabited mainly by employees and students, full of shops for your basic needs. A few meters from the house you will find supermarkets, grocery stores and personal care shops, banks, etc.
TRANSPORTATION: 250 meters from the house you will find:
* M3 Dergano, yellow line subway to quickly reach the city center in about 15 minutes (5-8 stops).
* Bus 82 from Bovisasca to Zara with a stop in Viale Zara where the M5 Metro is located.
* Bus 70 from Ceresio to Cimitero Bruzzano.
IMPORTANT NOTES TO BE READ IN FULL:
* Our property management company will register the lease agreement as Italian law requires this for stays longer than 29 nights. Our suites are available for a minimum of one month. The cost of registering the contract is €50.00 and must be paid upon arrival at the property. This cost must be paid only once.
* The costs of electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly price of the apartment.
* Bed and bathroom linen are included in the monthly price of the apartment for one time only.
* It is possible to request a change of linen for the bathroom and beds, whenever desired, at a cost of €18 per person.
* It is possible to request cleaning of the apartment whenever desired at a cost of €50.
* The cost of final cleaning upon release of the apartment by the guest is included in the rental price.
* The tenant must respect the rules of separate waste collection, as explained during check-in, and it is required to respect the rules of silence, avoiding noise and disturbances between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
CAR PARKING:
*Private outdoor car parking is available inside the courtyard, the cost is €50.00 per week. Upon your request we can confirm availability.
*Secured and organized covered car parking is available next to the building. Upon your request we can check availability and the daily and weekly cost. This car park is equipped with a car wash.

Le nostre Suites sono collocate nella “Zona Dergano” di Milano Città, un quartiere semplice e dinamico abitato prevalentemente da impiegati e studenti, ricco di negozi per le vostre prime necessità, a pochi metri dalla casa troverete supermercati, negozi di alimentari e per la cura della persona, banche etc.
MEZZI DI TRASPORTO: A 250 metri dall'abitazione troverete:
1) M3 Dergano, metropolitana di colore giallo per raggiungere rapidamente il centro città in circa 15 minuti 5-8 fermate.
2) Bus 82 da Bovisasca a Zara con fermata in Viale Zara dove è presente la Metropolitana M5.
3) Bus 70 da Ceresio a Cimitero Bruzzano.
NOTE IMPORTANTI DA LEGGERE INTEGRALMENTE:
La nostra azienda di gestione immobili registrerà il contratto di locazione in quanto la legge italiana prevede questo adempimento per periodi di soggiorno superiori alle 29 notti. Le nostre Suites sono disponibili per minimo un mese. Il costo di registrazione del contratto è di euro 50,00 e deve essere pagato all'arrivo alla struttura. Questo costo deve essere pagato una sola volta.
I costi di luce elettrica,gas e wi-fi sono compresi nel prezzo mensile dell'appartamento.
La biancheria per il letto e per il bagno sono compresi nel prezzo mensile dell'appartamento per una sola volta.
E' possibile richiedere il cambio della biancheria per il bagno e per i letti, quando si desidera al costo di euro 18 a persona.
E' possibile richiedere la pulizia dell'appartamento quando si desidera al costo di euro 50.
Il costo delle pulizie finali al rilascio dell'appartamento da parte dell'ospite è compreso nel prezzo della locazione.
L'inquilino deve rispettare le regole della raccolta differenziata della spazzatura, che spiegheremo durante il check-in, ed è tenuto a rispettare le regole del silenzio evitando rumori e schiamazzi tra le ore 22.00 e le ore 8.00.

What happens after I make a reservation?
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on HousingAnywhere must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.
Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.
Also, under our "secure move-in" policy, we'll assist you with moving to an alternative accommodation if you report within a certain period of time that the rental unit doesn't match the ad and the landlord doesn't fix the problem immediately. You can read the details in our help center.
How can I pay?
On HousingAnywhere, you have a variety of payment methods to choose from. You can use your card, payment gateway or bank transfer. Just pick the one which suits you the most.
How can I cancel my reservation?
How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
