The apartment consists of two bedrooms with large wardrobes, one double and one with a single bed, a living area with open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and window. The kitchen is complete: oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave etc. The dining table seats up to 4 people. From the single bedroom, it is possible to access a large balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant.

Via Aselli is located on the edge of Città Studi, a district located just outside the central area of ​​Milan, northeast of Piazza del Duomo. The area is the one with the highest concentration of academic institutes in the whole city, here in fact there are the Polytechnic with the faculties of Engineering and Architecture, and the head(hidden) of the five scientific faculties of the State University of Milan: Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Sciences, Motor, Technological and Pharmaceutical Sciences. In addition to the universities, in the district there are two of the most important scientific research centers in the country: the Besta Neurological Institute and the IRCCS National Cancer Institute Foundation. Due to this high concentration of schools and universities, the district has a strong presence of a population made up of university students who make it lively and active.

Remaining on the cultural theme, an important building is certainly the Leonardo Da Vinci Theater (15 minutes on foot), inside which performances by companies from all over Italy and beyond alternate, it also offers theater courses much appreciated by young people.

Not to be missed is certainly a walk to the Botanical Gardens, in via Camillo Golgi 18, (11 minutes on foot) which, together with that of Brera, are part of the Botanical Gardens Museum of the Milan State University. In just 14 minutes on foot you can also visit WOW Spazio Fumetto, the Comics Museum of Milan.

Where to eat and try a good aperitif:
in 20 minutes on foot one of the historic places of Milan, the Bar Basso, where you can get a Negroni Sbagliato invented right here in the 70s, a lighter drink than th(hidden)ssic Florentine Negroni.

The area is well connected with the rest of the city both thanks to the new M5 underground and thanks to the numerous surface transports such as Tram and Buses. The new M5 line connects in a few minutes to Linate airport and shortly also to the city center (Piazza San Babila). As far as extra-urban traffic is concerned, the Città Studi district is located not far from the Tangenziale Est of Milan.

When you are in the apartment, please respect the following simple rules:
- Do not smoke in the apartment
- All objects in the apartment are at your disposal for the duration of your stay, leave them in their place at the end of your stay so that subsequent guests can use them in turn - All kitchen utensils are at your disposal
after their use, please store them clean and dry in their place. At the end of your stay, please leave the kitchen area clean and tidy.
- Avoid disturbing noise on the stairs and in the common areas
- Do not turn up the volume of the TV too much after 10 in the evening
- At the end of your stay, please leave the apartment in order
- The apartment is located in a residential condominium. Please respect the silence from 20.00 to 08.00

Upon your arrival we will give you the keys, we will show you the apartment and its equipment and we will give you all the directions and information you need. At check-in, you will be asked for an identity card to proceed with registration.
You will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the Municipality of Milan).

For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed and you will need to be in possession of a code Italian tax.
We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time slot by prior arrangement at least one day before at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 02:00.

During your stay, we will always be at your disposal for any requests, advice or information on your stay in Milan.
