This comfortable and bright two-room apartment with a balcony a stone's throw from Porta Romana/Piazza Lodi is perfect for visiting Milan and its beauties and for medium-term stays as it is fully equipped with every comfort. The house has recently been completely renovated and is located on the third floor of a very quiet building with a lift, it only overlooks the internal courtyard and is therefore also very quiet.

At the entrance, we find a nice living room with a full open kitchen, a comfortable table for 4 people and a sofa bed (140cm x 190cm) as well as a television. The living room leads to the bedroom and bathroom, as well as access to the outside balcony. In the bedroom, there is a large and spacious six-door wardrobe with internal drawers and a double bed (Queen size). The bathroom, complete and with a window, has a large glass shower cubicle, WC and Bidet. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, from the dishwasher to the electric oven, from the large fridge with a separate freezer compartment to the microwave oven and induction hob.
The heating is shared and the heat can be managed with thermo-valves placed directly on each radiator, In both rooms there is also an air conditioning system.

The whole house is at your complete disposal, you will find a new and perfectly equipped kitchen with an induction hob, microwave oven and separate electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a comfortable dining table for 4 people, a double bed and a sofa bed for 2, flat screen SMART TV to watch movies or listen to music from the TV even through your mobile devices.

In the apartment, you will find an iron with a small ironing board and a hair dryer. sheets and towels are included as well as everything you need for your stay and relaxation. You can also sit on the balcony reading a book while waiting to dine or relax on the sofa waiting to go out and have fun.

The apartment is located in a truly strategic position for visiting Milan. The district in which it is located, between the ancient "Porta Romana" of access to the city and Piazza Lodi, is a very lively district full of commercial activities and recreational opportunities and is very convenient for reaching every point of the town thanks to the proximity of the two Metro stations "Lodi" and "Porta Romana" as well as the various surface means of transport that lead, such as the metro, in all directions, from the city centre (Bus n. 65) to the central station (Bus n. 92), to the Navigli (Bus No. 9).

In the immediate vicinity (from 2 to 10 minutes on foot at most) there are many shops, bars and restaurants as well as two supermarkets and various other commercial activities: Esselunga in Viale Umbria is only a 2-minute walk away, as is Unes in Via Muratori. The "Piazza Lodi" shopping centre where there is a large Ipercoop supermarket and other shops is no more than a 5-minute walk away. Walking towards Porta Romana you will find several restaurants, bars and pubs where you can relax and enjoy excellent food and various specialities. Just to name a few we point out: "Radicetonda" (organic cuisine), "Trattoria MiBabbo", "Giulio Pane e Ojo", "Osso macelleria e fornelli" and "La Cozzeria" as restaurants, "PepeNero" and "Il Pomodorino" for pizza while you can drink excellent beer from "Pogue Mahones" and excellent cocktails from "Zinc Bar".

In addition to visiting the historic centre with its majestic monuments and points of interest (Duomo, Castello Sforzesco, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, Torre Velasca, Quadrilatero della Moda, Brera etc.) we recommend that you visit the canal district, walking along the canal Grande and the Pavese canal (the two oldest water canals that connect Milan to Pavia and other cities) and getting lost among the thousand restaurants or bars for a dinner or an aperitif.

The house is in a perfect position to reach or be reached from every point of the city. You can therefore stay there comfortably both arriving by car and by public transport. In case you are driving, remember that you can park your car on the street for free only on the white lines, while you can park it for a fee on the blue lines. The yellow lines, on the other hand, are reserved for residents, so avoid leaving your car if you don't want to risk getting a fine.
