L'appartamento è molto vicino alla Stazione Centrale ed è a pochi passi da una delle più famosa via dello shopping della città, Corso Buenos Aires. Molto ben collegato con le linee della metropolitana. La zona è piena di pub, bar, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare!

Il distretto
In termini di architettura, la zona è ricca di edifici e urbani esempi di particolare importanza (Stazione Centrale, il Figini Ville, Mirabello, Finzi con il Tempio della Notte, "funghi" in Via Lepanto, ...). Il forte impatto di linee ferroviarie urbane del Centro, le linee Torino-Venezia e via greca dalla stazione Garibaldi, e il canale della Martesana, dà una divisione marcata in quartieri caratteristici e diversi.

3 . Non è consentito modificare la proprietà in qualsiasi modo .
4 . Si prega di segnalare eventuali pericoli o danni alle cose immediatamente .
5 . Siate rispettosi nei confronti di altri condomini del palazzo evitando rumori molesti . Nessuna musica ad alto volume o rumori dopo le 21:00 o prima delle 08:00 per ordinanza municipale. Gli inquilini che violano la pace e la tranquillità degli altri inquilini e coinquilini saranno non solo in violazione del loro contratto di locazione e gli sarà chiesto di lasciare la casa, ma potrebbero anche affrontare il giudizio della polizia.
6 . Gli inquilini devono mantenere i locali in condizioni igieniche in ogni momento . Pulire tutti i piatti e pentole e padelle dopo ogni uso . Non lasciarli nel lavandino o sul bancone .

11 . Tenere cancelli e porte chiuse in ogni momento. Gli inquilini non devono mai fornire l'accesso alle aree comuni agli estranei . E ' importante prestare attenzione quando si entra nelle aree comuni per evitare che persone sconosciute possano entrane. Persone sconosciute devono sempre usare il campanello o la propria chiave per accesso.
12 . In nessun caso sono mobili o qualsiasi altra mobilia dell'interno essere posto , usato o lasciato fuori.
13 . Nulla deve essere lasciato a nelle aree comuno o appeso da finestre o balconi .
14 . Passerelle / aree comuni devono essere tenuti liberi da ostacoli o ostruzioni in tutte le ore. Persone non devono essere stare nelle zone comuni in qualsiasi momento.
15 . Nessuna persona è autorizzata a bighellonare o giocare in qualsiasi area comune.
16 . È necessario chiudere le porte interne dell'ascensore se lo si utilizza . Numero massimo di persone per entrare l'ascensore è scritta e deve essere rispettata . Lasciando le porte interne aperte o uso improprio comporterà una multa a carico del locatario.
17. Gli inquilini avranno effettuato il check-out nel momento in cui avranno consegnato tutte le chiavi dell’appartamento. Se dovessero aver smarrito o se non tutte le chiavi saranno consegnate gli si addebiteranno giorni di permanenza o le spese per il rifacimento delle chiavi.

The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without HousingAnywhere is not that easy.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact HousingAnywhere customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
