Charming apartment of about 55 square meters located on the mezzanine floor of a modern and elegant building in a historic area of ​​Milan, full of charm and close to many tourist attractions. Despite the low floor, the apartment is bright thanks to the numerous windows. Fast Wi-Fi also makes it suitable for those who need to work remotely. Numerous trendy restaurants and nightclubs frame the elegant neighborhood.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen size double bed (160 cm), 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchenette and is suitable for up to 2 people. In the kitchenette you will find everything you need to cook. Two induction hobs, an undercounter fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom is bright and spacious with a shower. There is also a washing machine in the apartment.

The apartment is located a few steps from the center of Milan. Porta Vittoria is a historic district and here you can admire wonderful Art Nouveau buildings, relax in peaceful green areas and dine in elegant restaurants. The Vittorio Formentano Park with its beautiful Palazzina Liberty is a short walk from the apartment. The Rotonda della Besana is 5 minutes away and in 10 minutes it is possible to reach the Court, the State University and in about 20 minutes Piazza del Duomo.

The property does not have parking. The Porta Romana underground station and the Milano Dateo and Milano Porta Vittoria railway stations are a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby there are several bus and tram stops including the bus stop 73 which takes you directly to Linate airport. Linate Airport can also be reached in 15 minutes by taxi at a cost of approximately 15-20 euros.
The Milano Centrale train station is a 25-minute bus ride from the apartment.

Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.
While arranging a contract on HousingAnywhere, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on HousingAnywhere.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on HousingAnywhere from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the landlord and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
If you move in and find that the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on HousingAnywhere at the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord, you can withdraw from the lease agreement under certain circumstances explained in this article in our help center.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
