Very close to the underground stop Amendola on the M1 line (the red one), one of the principal underground lines that lead directly to the heart of the city centre of Milan, there’s the apartment in Via Angelo Morbelli, 8. The area presents many places of interest such as City Life that are 15 minutes far from the accommodation on foot and FieraMilanoCity, also 15 minutes far walking. Furthermore, there are plenty of restaurants and lovely spots where to eat something particular.

In Via S. Siro 29, you can find a Carrefour Express (4 minutes on foot). In Via Monte Rosa 29, there will be Farmacia Giulio Cesare (3 minutes on foot).

Living room and kitchen
Connected to the kitchen, we can find the living room: very bright and well furnished. The wooden floor and the furniture in white combine themselves with the crème tones, to liven up the atmosphere there is some pictured ad some coloured details such as the cushions on the sofa bed, which can be used both as a double bed and as two single beds.

The disposition of every single element contributes to give a sense of largeness to this living room.
Going on, we have a large balcony hidden by two vast window doors.

The kitchen is introduced by a tasteful piece of furniture that gives an antique taste to this space. The spacious table with chairs unites the kitchen with the living room. An abundant sink and the kitchenette are disposed on an elegant working shelf, showing the kitchen as a modern space equipped with everything you may need.

Bedroom and bathrooms
This bedroom represents a perfect combination for those who love an essential and practical night area. The white and bright tones of the day area come back here, both in the colour of the walls and the furniture. Perfect to put your clothes during a long stay, the capacious wardrobe leaves the centre of this room to the double bed. To gladden your moments of relaxing; there is a television in front of the bed.

The bathroom is connected to the bedroom, from which you can easily have access. The modern shower and the washing machine alongside the dryer occupy the main part of the space. In the bathroom, we can find a pastel shade thanks to the dove-grey that characterize this room. Also, the second bathroom is with a shower cabin.

HOUSE RULES
Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.

Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.

During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).

Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.

Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.

Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.

Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Rules
Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well. Any kind of drug is forbidden.
It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. It is forbidden to make noise from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Vicinissimo alla fermata della metropolitana Amendola sulla linea M1 (rossa), nonché una delle linee principali che porta al cuore del centro storico di Milano, si trova l’appartamento di Via Angelo Morbelli 8.
La zona presenta numerosi siti di interesse come City Life distante solo 15 minuti a piedi dall’alloggio e anche FieraMilanoCity anch’essa distante solamente un quarto d’ora di cammino. Oltre a questo, si può godere di una vasta scelta di ristoranti e locali.

In Via S. Siro, 29 potrete trovare un comodissimo Carrefour Express raggiungibile in soli 4 minuti di camminata, mentre in Via Monte Rosa, 27 sarà presente la Farmacia Giulio Cesare distante 3 minuti a piedi dall’appartamento.

Soggiorno e cucina
In comunicazione con la cucina, troviamo il soggiorno molto luminoso e ben arredato. Il parquet e gli arredamenti sul bianco si abbinano ai toni sul crema che vengono vivacizzati da dettagli di colore come i quadri. Il divano letto può essere adattato a letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli.
La disposizione degli spazi contribuisce a dare un senso di ariosità a questo soggiorno.
Di seguito, abbiamo un ampio balcone celato da due ampie porte finestre, perfetto per degli aperitivi in compagnia.
La cucina viene introdotta da un mobile di classe che dà un sapore antico all’ambiente. Il grande tavolo con sedie congiunge la cucina al soggiorno. Un capiente lavandino e un angolo cottura ad induzione disposti su un elegante piano di lavoro, presentano la cucina come un ambiente moderno e ordinato corredato di tutti gli elettrodomestici utili.

Camera da letto e bagni
Questa camera da letto rappresenta una combinazione vincente per coloro che amano una zona notte essenziale e molto pratica. I toni bianchi e luminosi della zona giorno ritornano anche qui, sia nel colore delle pareti che nell’arredamento. Ottimo per riporre gli indumenti durante le lunghe permanenze, il capiente armadio a muro lascia il centro della stanza al letto matrimoniale. Per allietare i vostri momenti di relax, è presente una televisione.
Il bagno è collegato alla camera da letto, dalla quale vi si può comodamente accedere. Gran parte dello spazio è occupato dal box doccia moderno ed efficace affiancato da lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Nel bagno si trova un’atmosfera pastello grazie all’aggiunta del color tortora. Anche il secondo bagno è completo di tutti i sanitari.

REGOLE DELLA CASA
I nostri prezzi comprendono il Servizio Residence con assistenza e includono: IVA (ove prevista ai sensi del D.lgs. 633/72) biancheria da camera e bagno iniziali, utenze (luce e gas entro limiti di utilizzo giornalieri per evitare sprechi), accoglienza del personale (hidden) in appartamento, Internet Wi-fi. Non ci sono spese condominiali o commissioni di agenzia.

Tasse escluse dal prezzo
Per i soggiorni pari o superiori alle 30 notti al momento del check-in verrà stipulato un contratto di locazione transitorio, per la cui registrazione è previsto il pagamento di una imposta di bollo (pari a 32€) e di un'imposta di registro (pari al 2% del canone di locazione con un minimo di 67€), solo la metà di tale importo è a carico dell'ospite. Esenzioni previste in caso di applicazione del regime di cedolare secca, nei casi indicati dalla legge.

Al momento del check-in è necessario esibire, oltre al documento d'identità, il codice fiscale. Se ne sei sprovvisto potrai richiederlo presso l'ufficio dell'Agenzia delle entrate o al Consolato del tuo paese più vicino (maggiori informazioni: (hidden))

Deposito cauzionale
Le ricordiamo che al momento del check-in le verrà richiesto un deposito cauzionale, che dovrà essere versato tramite carta di credito; verrà restituito entro 72 ore lavorative dal giorno del check-out.

Orario check-in
L’orario di check-in standard è dalle 15.00 alle 21.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 30€ per il check-in dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 24.00.

Consumi utenze
Si ricorda che, al fine di evitare gli sprechi, le utenze sono incluse fino ad un importo massimo giornaliero, al fine di evitare gli sprechi e tutelare l'ambiente.

Regole
Vietato fumare all’interno dell’appartamento anche con finestre aperte. Le sigarette elettroniche sono incluse nel divieto.
Vietato portare nell’appartamento droghe di qualsiasi tipo.
Vietato far pernottare persone diverse da quelle riportate nella prenotazione.
Vietato disturbare la quiete in orario notturno (dalle ore 22:00 alle ore 8:00).
